Made my appointment on line, got a text confirmation and waited with anticipation for my appointment to roll around. The spa is conveniently located in downtown Boulder City with ample parking. Dawn introduced herself to me outside then invited me to see her massage room. She asked about previous massages, injuries and such puting me at ease immediately. We were the only people in the spa so she locked the door and showed me the facility. Everything was private, clean and inviting. Dawn asked where she should focus her attention and throughout my massage confirmed her pressure was comfortable. What she did in 60 minutes was nothing short of amazing. She untangled months of muscle tension then instructed me to drink plenty of water and use ice ( didn't need it) if my muscles seemed "irritated " after the massage. I felt better that afternoon and got even better results within the two days following. Suffice to say I scheduled a follow up appointment. That massage was exactly what I needed. I recommend contacting Dawn if you need, or just want, a fantastic massage. You will not be disappointed!

After months of agonizing pain and…read moreneck traction along with Chiropractic adjustments at Synergy Chiropractic with Dr. Alexis Noggle my only option was to have my discs replaced in my neck. I had my procedure done on March 9, 2020, just when the Chinese COVID-19 pandemic hit and shut down everything including the physical therapist I was suppose to go to after my surgery. I was not able to get into the physical therapist until the end of August 2020. After 6-weeks if physical therapy which only mildly help any of my pain and movement. After my skydiving incident I had a huge knot (the size of a golf ball), on the front left side of my neck that was rediating a ton of pain down my neck into my arms and fingers. This pain and knot was in my neck and arms for almost 16 months. Even after the surgery the knot and pain remained. When I asked my surgeon about it all he could say was I needed to go to physical therapy to deal with it. He said it had nothing to do with my discs or surgery.
