Scheduled a test drive a week ago. They texted 10:45 in the morning to come in for the test drive. I arrive at 11:15 and they said that it's not available to test drive. read more

Too high and mighty but willing to assist if they know what's your hand. They know the game and won't bother. Many phone calls to get you in but rather let you go. Good sales people but Not Sales Rep. Respectable and Courteous and well manner. Will purchase in the near future. read more

No hassles. Sales people were great and finance worked to get the best deal on the financing. I recommend them for purchase of a new Kia

This dealership was supposed to be the better Kia dealership than the one in NYACK. I took my car in over a month ago for two issues. One, they fixed but I had to prove myself (different topic) The other was regarding the remote start and how I cannot adjust the heat from the app no matter what I do. This is the second time a case was opened with Kia direct. This dealership told me the same thing the last dealership told me which was they would contact me when they had an update from Kia. That was over a month ago. I called yesterday and the rudest person in the world, who kind of knew what was going on, transferred me to someone's voicemail. I left a voicemail and no one called me back. I called again today and was told someone would call me back and guess what? I'm still waiting. I messaged this dealership on Instagram and to no ones surprise I received no response. I'm starting to think this is a joke. My issue isn't a big deal however, this is a 2021 Sportage so there should be no issues. And now this is a matter of principle. One thing is for certain, I will NEVER lease a Kia ever again. read more

After a long search I found the car I wanted. My father and I went to Healey Kia and worked with John Knecht who was very nice and easy to work with although he did not offer much extra with the car (I didn't even get car mats) but besides that I got the financing through them after speaking with Brandon the finance manager and he claimed I couldn't get the rate I was quoted through my bank because I didn't give them the vin number....so instead they got me financing through a company called ally financing that gave me a 7.64% interest rate. After speaking to my credit union I received the same quote I got before regardless of the vin number. So now I have been going through the process of getting a pay off letter from the ally financing who is charging me 7.64% interest for each day I have their company. I am extremely unhappy that the dealership didn't even attempt to get Me my financing through the credit union I use that I told them quoted me 5.49%. So if you buy a car here I suggest you come with your own financing information ready to go or put a deposit down to hold the car while you go get your own financing they have no interest in helping you receive the best rate. read more

This review is for the Kia service department only, I had a very positive experience with the sales department.I have a 2 year old Kia soul with relatively low mileage on vehicle. Every oil change, I have given detailed accounts of issues I am having with the car. Every single time every issue is immediately minimized, as if it did not exist, and I am told its nothing, its normal etc. This service dept. basically doesn't wish to address, or do work under warranty, its as simple as that. Offering a 100000 mile warranty is useless if your techs don't address anything and pretend all issues/ complaints are "Really nothing". Basically if check engine light doesn't flash for these techs to read, they see and do nothing. On a side note, the oil change even with coupon is still like $72.00 bucks and that's not even Synthetic. read more

Had a terrific experience with the service department, especially John. When I called to make an appt, the rep was great (wish I wrote down her name). She was friendly and professional. She answered all of my questions and was super helpful. I dropped my car off Thursday night, got a call around 11 Friday morning from John. John was terrific. He went through everything, and I mean EVERYTHING, with me. He also sent me a 3 minute video of his inspection of my car! Thankfully all issues were covered under warranty and recalls. John made some recommendations for other services but was never pushy like a salesman. He explained everything to me and I trusted he knew what he was talking about. Got some extra, but much needed, work done. I'd like to note the price to replace my tires and the alignment was lower than the quotes I had gotten from other popular tire centers in the area! Absolutely recommend their service department! read more

Came in for an oil change and right away lady tells me my alignment "failed" and sadly thanks to the Dodge dealership nearby I don't trust anyone in dealerships anymore and buyer beware .. so I declined their suggestion but I would've taken off another star if they annoyed me to get an alignment which they didn't ..the waiting room is excellent read more

Service department is phenomenal. They are friendly and fast. Not only do you get a full diagnostic report with any service, but a person from the service team (in my case, the manager) always gives you the breakdown of things that need attention and things that can wait until another visit. Prices are fair and work is professional quality. Definitely won't hesitate to go back for any service. read more

Found everyone at the dealership top notch. The used vehicle I purchased had a small problem and they took care of it lighting fast to my satisfaction. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from them. Thanks Frank P read more

BE CAREFUL at Healy Kia in Newburgh. I had a very pleasant experience at Healy Kia in Newburgh, NY. The saleman I dealt with was wonderful, available for questions via phone and text. He even took me for 2 test drives. THAN they went back on their word. After quoting me a price not once, BUT twice, I get a text saying the numbers were "wrong". My salesman texted me a monthly payment AND confirmed it verbally over the phone. Now my monthly payments would be higher. To say the least, I was extremely disappointed with experience I thought was going to have a happy ending. They even preferred to have this posted rather than providing good customer service. I emailed this to them BEFORE I posted to give them a final opportunity to honor their price. read more

I hate to write this review considering the sales guy who helped me was a sweetheart but after viewing my credit score I'm pretty pissed. I reside in brooklyn but wanted to use my dads address in newburgh ny to save money on buying a car plus insurance. The sales person who helped me knew all of this prior to convincing me to come in and look for a car, but now when I look back he was obviously inexperienced. He was also aware my credit is not great and I was traveling very far on more than one occasion (they made me come to the dealership twice for 3 different reps.....scoff) to purchase a car and drive off the lot. Not only did I not drive off the lot, I was also there from 11am-8pm on a Friday, missed work, fell asleep in the dealership, ate in the damn dealership was almost made to finance a car I didnt want. Then to top it all off, SEVERAL hard inquires showed up on my credit report for multiply auto loans (about 6-8) dropping my credit score even further!!! I am HIGHLY DISPLEASED and this will not stand. Although I'm certain the sales guy was trying to help by applying to multiple banks for loan approval, what the idiot didnt know is that HARD INQUIRIES DO EFFECT YOUR CREDIT REPORT (which he said they didnt). It took this unfortunate situation for me to not be so naive and trusting but LESSON LEARNED!! I'm disputing all inquires and reporting them to fraud resolution, my credit score is not going to take a beating because of a dealers inexperience and lack of knowledge to the business. read more

Great experience every time. I am reading the few reviews and it's a shame that only people who have an issue tend to use Yelp. All of my co workers, friends and family use this dealership and they never have an issue. Three Kia purchases myself and I would never go anywhere else for sales or service. read more

We received a flyer in the mail from Healey Kia with a game card on it. After pulling the tabs it showed 777 and we won a 55 inch smart tv. We called the confirmation number and they confirmed we had won so we made an appt to claim the TV. When we got there, the salesman who greated us, asked us if we were there to trade in our piece of JUNK. My car is far from a piece of junk and even if it was, it's mine. We said we were there to claim our TV. The man took our card from us and brought us back a brochure for gift cards. When we questioned it, we were told if we weren't into buying a car, we weren't getting a tv and he threw the brochure for the gift cards (which are all no name online companies and you need to pick 4 different ones because they dont want you to be able to actually purchase anything with them) onto the table and walked away. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM HEALEY KIA AGAIN AND I RECOMMEND EVERYONE WATCH OUT FOR THEIR SCAMS. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!!! read more

I purchased my vehicle here and can't say enough about salesman Peter F. He was awesome. I originally came in for a brand new car (because I wanted the 100,000 mile warranty). He told me that for the same price, I could get a car with only 20K miles, fully loaded (loaded, like even a/c in my glove compartment)...and with the full warranty. He was able to put my financing through my credit union, easy peasy. I have now gone to service twice...once for regular service (oil change, etc.) and another to fix my antenna (that was covered under warranty). The service department is professional and courteous. The only thing that is not great is that the service waiting area is just a little area off the sales floor. I'd like if it were a separate room, but it's really no big deal. I will return to them and refer people to them all day long! read more

Scammy promotion suggesting I won 5000. When I went to claim, there was a "catch". The epitome of why everyone hates used car dealers. I won't ever buy a car from anything associated with Healey after this ridiculous, unethical, and arguably illegal trick to get people to visit the store. And I'll make sure to tell others. read more

I was referred by a friend to come to Healey Kia in Newburgh to see Zwade. I'm so happy I did because he was incredibly helpful and understanding of my situation, and did everything he could to get me into the vehicle I wanted and needed. When I say he went above and beyond he literally found what I wanted before I even met up with him. By the time I actually got there I was test driving the car and basically signing papers. I felt extremely comfortable with Zwade throughout my process of car hunting and I will absolutely come back to him when I get my second car and I will be referring him to every in need of a car. Also he explained everything to me before signing and he made sure I understood it. Thank you so much for such a great experience and for smart pay and a additional warranty on my car! The boys and I love our new 2014 Honda CRV! If your searching for a car be sure to contact Zwade over at Healey Kia in Newburgh let him know PēCHē sent you! read more

My experience here was really good. The salesman who helped me was very helpful, polite, went over all information showed me some cars and then went over the numbers. Took a while untill all paperwork was done and car was ready. The place is new and looks great. There's a waiting area with coffee, chocolate, tea, water and chips and then of course some vending machines. I liked the service that was provided with the car. I will be coming back soon to trade my Dodge minivan for a Kia. read more

I wouldn't purchase a car from here just because of Manny's attitude. I came with my nephew and started asking Manny questions about the price and rate and immediately Manny's attitude changed. He took the keys from my nephew and started walking away even though my nephew stated he wanted to test drive the car. Manny said, "she said the deal is no good, she said no." Manny's attitude is atrocious and I'm sure I'm not the first one that complained about him. After I asked the questions he wanted nothing more to do with my nephew... bad business, bad attitude, bad salesman. read more

Bought a truck here and after we signed the paperwork were told there was only one key and it was barely held together with tape. Called to ask them to reimburse for a new key and was told they found the other key. Drove an hour to pick it up and it is worse than the first key. Neither remote works and the alarm keeps going off. Asked them again to reimburse and declined. If I had known the keys did not work up front, I would not have agreed to purchase vehicle. They knew the keys were broken and deliberately kept it from us until after we signed the purchase agreement and loan paperwork. I will never refer someone here. Bunch of swindlers. read more

Extremely disappointed, I brought my car in for a 6000-mile checkup and oil change, the car had no issues. I drove the car locally for the next few days and did not notice anything out of the ordinary, car drove just fine. On Friday of that week, I had a business meeting in the city and took it on the highway into the city, I noticed a flapping noise under my left foot, so I pull over to the shoulder on the highway to check where the noise was coming from. I did not see anything obvious that caught my attention. It was not until Sunday that my wife had mentioned what is that under your car. I now saw what was making that noise while I was on the highway, the under car shield was loose and got damage with the aerodynamic wind on the highway. It looks like the fasteners that held the panel tightly against the car was left loose from the oil change. I took my car into the dealer where the work was done and advise me that I must have hit something that caused this problem. I told him I do not recall hitting anything and he showed a scrape underneath the bumper that they say may have caused this problem. I told him I had checked the bumper all the way across and do not recall ever seeing that scrape. So, they brought me my car after getting the car cleaned, and drove off, but I did stop to have a look underneath the car and they had removed the entire front panel. I turn around and asked why did they do that when I asked them to install a screw in one of the holes in the frame to at leasehold the panel in place while order the new one. I had checked the available hole that had nothing in it, but when I checked at home there was a broken part of a screw that was put in then broken off afterward as if it was caused by the flapping I had experienced. How does that happen that when he brought me in to show me what they assessed to be the cause, and I checked all the screw holes and that one, in particular, had nothing in it, all of a sudden a broken screw appears in it. John did tell me prior to asking him to have it put back, that it makes no sense because the screw will break off with the flapping, isn't that particular. I am going to file a claim, base on that when the service was done, the technician did not lock the clips and place all the screws back properly. 2015 Hyundai Genesis 5.0 read more

Nice new and clean showroom but small and not enough parking for customers. The salesman seemed put off that we wanted to see something that was out back and suggested we could look at them on line. Come on... it wasn't that cold out. read more

This place was great! We were in the final stages of our car buying process and Matt was amazing with us. He was very professional and very upfront. Had no fees we weren't expecting and got the lowest price of any Kia around. In addition the sales team were super knowledgeable, and down to earth. Matt never minded our two young kids who were all over the place and always gave us the space we needed to talk about the car and the deal. At no point ever did we feel pressured. Thanks so much Matt and Healey we love our new car read more

I have to tell you when I went to this dealership I went with the mindset that I'm going to go home in my same car and that first night, I did. When I got home I contacted Maggie who had first reached out to me regarding my search for a car. I contacted her again and told her that I'm going to pass at this time and she assured me that her Manny were working very hard to get me into a new car. When I went back again to my shock I left at dealership was a 2015 Kia Soul. Ok so, I have some issues that makes it difficult for me to purchase a new car. When I got there I got there I was introduced to Peter who had asked me what I was looking for what I wanted how much did I want to spend took the information about my own car. While talking with Peter I have to say he is one of the coolest guys to chat with. Thanks Peter it was a blast. From there, I was introduced to Manny, who help me find a new car and did!! I'm going to make sure that everybody that I know, that is looking for a new car to go stop at Healey Kia. Manny, Maggie and Peter deserve a huge shout out for the hard work that they did for me. If you ever need to look for another car, and you don't go to Healey Kia, YOU SHOULD!! These folks not only took very good care of of my needs, they literally expited the process.. I can't thank Manny, Maggie and Peter enough.. Thank you all, for an extremely smooth and very pleasant experience.. I sure as hell know where im going again if I ever need too. I HIGHLY recommend going to Healy Kia for your next new car!! Kudos guys.. read more

I should have written this months ago. This team is amazing! Great experience walking in and walking out. No loops, no games, just straight forward. We worked specifically with Nick Tobar. He went above and beyond for us. We had a rental car at the time and went to the enterprise, which Nick Tobar was kind enough to drive us too. Well, long story short, that enterprise was being run by two young, immature guys, who made it almost impossible to return the car. They said, we just want to get home. Anyway, Nick was so good. He not only spoke to them about their unprofessionalism, but also waited the whole time with us! We were unable to return car, and had to return it in BK where we originally rented it from. We have a place in Beacon and had to figure out how the heck to take the Kia we just bought. Only one of us drives. The Manager drove us all the way to our beacon space to drop off rental car, and back to dealership. Let's just say that all the guys that work there were great! Go to this dealership. If you live in the city especially, bc you will t get this kind of service in the city, nor will you get the deals. Thanks Guys! read more

Horrible customer service. My daughter found a car she wanted to buy, put down $1500.00 to hold the car (after being financed through Kia). The day she went in to get it, she was told it was sold and then they tried to sell her a more expensive car. They never tried to make it right even after I called the corporate office. Horrible way to do business. Extremely disappointed. read more

Purchased a pick-up and was told the steering rack would be replaced, great! a few years later and thousands in service costs I'm told "you need a new steering rack". Never brought my truck to them again! read more

I just left this dealership and had to write a review immediately. First our salesman Malik was not only sweet but was also extremely knowledgable with all of the Kia inventory, and we enjoyed working with him. However the general manager Brian was a displeasure to work with. Not only was he extremely negative in the beginning of the process but he continually was unhelpful and made the new car buying experience a severe disappointment. While working on numbers he made us as customers feel stupid and when we asked any questions he could not give us a straight answer. After calling on the phone first and being told that the price COULD be lower than a competitive dealership it turned out to be more and Brian was again unhelpful in he lowering the price and refusing a rebate that another dealership honored. We were in shock leaving the dealership and we will NOT be returning and taking our business elsewhere. read more

What ever you do, DO NOT lease a car from this dealership. We called Kia 30 days prior to turn in to get our check list of thing we should fix if damaged. We were told someone from Kia corp would be the ones to go over the car with us. This seemed easy......well I was wrong. Being that I work in the automotive Industry I know what "extreme" damage looks like, which this car had none. We spent the few dollars and got the car detailed. Car looked great. There were a couple of minor scrates that were all under one inch( which I should tell you on there turn in website it says that scrates must be under 4'. When we got to Kia, no Kia rep was there. Instead a floor person did the car inspection. Pissed I was. So I took my own pictures and video of the car showing NO EXTREME damaged. So the car sat on their lot until Kia's rep got there to do their inspection of the car. Needless to say I got a bill yesterday for almost 1000.00 for extreme damage which I have pictures to prove. Now it's being disputed. Never ever again. Buyers beware. read more
