There was one other person waiting for her order and one of the blenders wasn't working quite right so I had to wait awhile for that issue to resolve and was standing in front of the glass partition just watching my smoothie being made. I was completely taken off guard when I was rudely ordered to "please move! Stand over there!" I didn't see any signs saying where to stand. I can only assume that she didn't like being watched. I know these are challenging times but there is a polite way to handle these situations. I'm a senior citizen and that human interaction was the only one I had all day.

For someone like me who wants to eat healthier but love food a lot, Body Energy Club offers fun, healthy, and tasty snacks, smoothies, and foods to help me stay on track while fueling my body with good clean nutrients. I was lucky enough to win a meal prize pack from Body Energy and loved being feed a week worth of lunches. The chicken penne pasta was absolutely delicious and I think I might actually prefer it over regular beef bolognese - it's THAT GOOD! All the wraps and sandwiches were also really nice but the standout is the Thai curry chicken - love the crunchy and peanut sauce! Highly recommend the smoothies and food from Body Energy Club, you can't go wrong!

Sadly this business has succumbed to massive Shrinkflation practices over the last 6 months or so…read more Their wraps, salads and meals used to be such great value and packed with protein and flavour. Now we get $15 dollar wraps filled with rice and not much else but still claiming to have up to 30% protein. Particularly their new Le Chef line. Literally just a burrito wrap filled with rice. It's $10 bucks so not too bad - but we'd rather pay more for just more filling. Consumers are tired of getting nothing for a premium then have staff be unfriendly when we don't tip.

I looked up the business on the internet and search rendered a location in New Westminster. I kept that in mind so I could take my husband there next time we go to New West. He loves anything fried with a filling. My husband and I were wandering in the West End waiting for one of my favourite restaurant to open for lunch and stumbled upon their new location on Denman Street. I was so excited that we changed our lunch plans. We bought 3 pastels to share (beef, bacon & cheese, and cheese & guava jam) and had an impromptu picnic at a quiet spot in the Rhododendron Garden at Stanley Park not far away. The staff was super nice, friendly and helpful. I can see myself just popping in for a goodie whenever I go on a walk to the beach or the park.
