Arti was very welcoming and made me at ease since she knew it was my first time learning yoga from a professional.

And the rest of the food is great too. Just ate the snake fish in peppers. Amazing balance. Not really spicy. You can taste the fruitiness in the peppers. And you can taste the fish. Chef is a nice guy. From the region in China where they serve a lot of the dishes. Honestly - my fave Chinese in OC. The kind of place that would have a mile long line in New York. Just simple food made perfectly. Perfectly.

Also, the utensils are a cheap plastic which I would not recommend be used in hot soup. The restaurants itself is located in a plaza near the entrance with a lot of other restaurants and an Asian supermarket. Parking can be difficult around lunch and dinner so if you do come, please plan accordingly. For this particular restaurant, there are booths along the sides with tables in the middle. When seated, you can see the menu and order via a QR code located on each table. Besides the food, the service was pretty much nonexistent. The staff are all standing around the kitchen talking loudly to each other and it's impossible to get any service unless you walk up to them and then wait for them to finish their convo. The only time any staff approached our table (besides dropping off food) was when they brought the check. Then they are all smiles and compliments as they have you pay and give tip on a electronic device that they hold onto. It wasn't a good experience dining here and I wouldn't come back to this location again.

It had all the right worlds on the window glass, so I stuck my head in. Master Kim greeted me nicely and warmly, answering a few questions, and I walked out with a brochure. When I got to my car to leave I stopped. I've had a bronchial cough for over a month, I haven't felt 100%, and was at my wits end. I believe in all the modalities of healing listed in the brochure, though I am skeptical. I know there are practitioners and there are healers. Feeling that this was a G_d bump, I went back upstairs opened the door to a surprised Kim that I had returned so soon. We went over how I was feeling and, because of the grace that Kim extended, warily I decided to do an individual session, hesitating a little at the price. But with G_d bumps I choose to say yes. Without a doubt, a wonderful healing experience! I walked out the door an hour later feeling a burden had been lifted from my entire body. I don't know how other locations are but, I do know that because Master Kim is there, I am going to drive all the way from Pasadena to KoreaTown to take classes with him several days in the upcoming weeks. What Master Kim offers in healing is priceless! Phil Z

From that moment on, it became clear to me that I wanted to follow his style and lineage. To my great fortune I found Master Bosco Baek, Master Chen Bing's disciple and headmaster at Chen Bing Taiji Academy in Los Angeles. I cannot recommend CBTA strongly enough for students of all levels. The school has received many accolades for its excellence and authenticity. I have found Master Bosco Baek to be a dedicated and informative teacher who cares deeply about his students' success. He is not only an excellent teacher, but in addition, he is a highly accomplished practitioner, as well. I have traveled literally thousands of miles to study with Master Baek and I can honestly say that my training at Chen Bing Taiji Academy is the best I have ever had!

Even as a non-newbie, I am both challenged and continue to learn a lot in their Chen Village Primary course, taught be Chris W. I'm really looking forward to more because I realize how much I've just scratched the surface. It's very humbling and exciting. Whether you're curious or skeptical, this is certainly one of the top places to learn.
