Tempe Skin & Body is the best small business facial and massage place in Tempe. I purchased a prenatal massage 6-pack and I also received a pregnancy friendly facial. Michelle, the owner is welcoming, kind, and professional. The woman who is at the front desk is so friendly and the aesthetician who completed my facial was very very good. She and Michelle reviewed all of the products they wanted to use on me to confirm they were all pregnancy safe and I felt so glowy and refreshed for weeks after. The pre natal massages are amazing. Michelle checks in every time to see what's been going on and where she might need to take extra care and attention. You're in a soft lit room with some light calming music. She will give you a c-shaped pillow and a pillow for your legs/knees. This last time I was dealing with some heartburn so we were able to get the massage bed propped up so I could properly relax. Half way through she'll have you flip, you're not on your tummy. They offer so many additional services-- I highly recommend this place. read more

I found Michelle through Groupon and signed up for a 60 minute deep tissue massage. My experience was wonderful; Michelle was super friendly and was more than able to get into my trouble areas. I've had many deep tissue massages in my time, and she was the first that I actually had to tell to lighten the pressure. Those hands are strong!! In a good way. I have years of experience with Massage Therapists. I have lived with Rheumatoid Arthritis for over 35 years. I am very aware of what doesn't work and what does work. I came to Michelle with extreme pain from a rib head misalignment. I had been seeing my Chiropractor but it wasn't enough. Two sessions within a 2 week span and I was doing much better.
