I honestly, truly have no idea what happened…read more My mother and myself were clients of Tracy. It appeared we became a bother when trying to reach her to schedule appointments. When Nina was answering the phones, all was well. Then Keith, I would text him and he become sloppy after awhile getting back to you. I was then told by my colorist Tracy, to contact her directly. I followed her instructions and it took her a day or sometimes hours to respond. My last interaction via text with Tracy trying to make an appointment was just too much work. First, I'd have to wait for a response. Second, the day I requested was booked (which is understandable) however offer me another day? Nope! I even mentioned I wanted to book for the following month too and that was ignored. No worries. My money is good anywhere. It shouldn't become a job for the client to schedule an appointment. BTW - We gave Bella and Tracy a Christmas gift in 2019. Although we have not seen Bella since, it wouldn't have hurt to call and say "thank you" Very disappointed with this salon.
