She took the time to help me figure out a skin care routine that fits my lifestyle. I am lazy about skin care and she helped me come up with a routine that works. You will not regret it!!! HAIR - - Christina is FANTASTIC. My hair is WILD. She has figured out the perfect cut for my hair that fits my ability to style, which is absolutely zero ability on my part. She is always on time, is friendly, and has even set up a table for my laptop when I've needed to work during my appointment. She has been doing a Keratin treatment for me as well and it really has made my hair so shiny and manageable. SHE IS THE BEST!!!

This salon is really unprofessional. Not only do they not have a way to book an appointment online,…read morebut they also don't have a receptionist. When I left a message to book an appointment with Elizabeth, I received a text from Tiffany saying Elizabeth sets her own appointments. I texted the number she gave me and received no response. After 24 hours I sent another text asking if I had the right number, and no response. It's been almost a week now I never received a text back. I confirmed with Tiffany that it was the correct number and it was. I always want to give people benefit of the doubt because life happens, but I follow Elizabeth's professional Instagram and she has been posting pictures at the salon daily. I find that so rude and unprofessional and I'm so glad I didn't spend money with Elizabeth or Glam House!

I can't say enough good things about Fruition. As someone who planned travel back to my stylist in…read moreBoston when I first moved to NC 9 years ago, finding a stylist I can trust in my own city is a big deal to me. I started going to Fruition when I first moved here in 2009 and started with Heather G. (now Chambers). I loved Heather and her skills, so when she went on maternity leave, I kinda freaked. Good thing they have tons of great people to choose from and I switched to Val Sells and have been with her since. This salon and Val in particular have kept me looking fabulous through the past 4.5 years and many different hair cuts and colors. I totally freak her out when I bring in inspiration pics of what I want to do next, but she always kills it and I look marvelous when I leave. I try to go somewhere in public after my appointments so I can show off my new look because I can't quite get it to look as wonderful as she does. Even my sister requested going to Val when she came down to visit from Boston since she always loves how great my hair looks. She went this past month and got a color and cut transformation and now I want to do that too! :) Scheduling is never an issue for me, however I do have somewhat of a flexible schedule and move things around on my end when they are able to squeeze me in with not a lot of notice (one-two weeks out). Not the cheapest place to get a haircut in town so if money is your main concern, it might not be the best fit for you. But if you're like me and have had one too many bad "cheaper" haircuts in your day, you'll understand that quality of cut/color comes with spending a little extra at Fruition.

She showed the girl a picture of what she wanted but said she did not want it above her shoulders. The cut looked NOTHING like what was shown and was way shorter on the sides and back. The girl admitted she was new and they didn't really focus on short haircuts in beauty school. She said to give it 2 weeks, whatever that means. The salon manager was contacted and said she would refund the $75 and offered her to come in to try and fix it but had to ask the salon owner. She asked I send an email to explain the situation in which I did with pictures. She responded to my email asking me to bring her back to fix it. I asked her availability and said we could come back anytime. 2 weeks later, no response. No $75 refund either. I called 2.5 weeks later and left a message for her with the receptionist and still no call back. Before and after photos of the cut, it's a terrible haircut! She's had to wear a hat everyday. I would avoid this salon, bad customer service. If you aren't confident doing a haircut, you should admit it before attempting it or ask along the way if you want to go shorter on the back or sides.
