As a customer of about 5-6 years, from Lash Jazz to Area, I am always forever pleased with my service. My lashes are always divine! Scheduling is easy, so easy I'm reoccurring. I enjoy the email and text reminders so I'm always abreast to my appointment dates and times. Area is always clean. Front desk is always pleasant and welcoming. The lash room is dope as well. It's a nice chair (comfy, you might fall asleep!)!! JazMon always does a great job. Excellent service, great conversation, it feels like family each time I come in and each time I leave! I would definitely recommend Area to all my friends looking for wax and/or lash services! read more

It looks like it's been a few years since someone had left a review for Area, so I wasn't sure if they were still in business. Good news - they are! I'm so happy to have found my new wax spot. It was easy to make an appointment online the night before and when I arrived they checked me in and got me back to a waxing room promptly. Jaz did my wax today and she was careful to be sure there were no stray hairs and did a great job. I will be back and recommend Area to anyone looking for waxing services in the area!! read more

Very disappointed. I came with a friend as I'm new to the area and was considering getting my wax appts here. However, front desk stated I was unable to sit and wait in the lobby while my friend got serviced because they don't allow "guests". No apologies for the inconvenience as we weren't aware of this. I would of at least appreciated a mention that this is policy due to "post Covid" etc. This was very unfortunate to experience as I was planning to be a customer here. Quality in customer experience is extremely important in a business like this. The quality of customer service needs improvement. read more

This place is so underrated! Not only is the service affordable, but it is less painful than the other place I have went to in California. Jazlynn was so professional and kind! She made my visit so comfortable and relaxing! The waiting room was so cute and the receptionist greeted me and was extremely friendly! She guided me through the paper work and made sure I was situated before my appointment! The rooms were clean and organized and that's a HUGE PLUS in my book! read more

This new establishment is a welcome addition to the heart of Antioch. I have been getting Brazilian waxes with the same person for years (I'm not interested in several different folks waxing my lady parts ). The ambiance beautiful. The young lady who checked me in was very courteous. The prices were affordable. The location is great, it saves me a 25 min drive. Tiffany was my waxologist (I may have made this up lol) She definitely made me comfortable and was super thorough! She also gave me some good tips on how to take care of my lady part area afterward my wax. I'll definitely be going back to see her. My only suggestion is to play some music while being serviced. It helps me to relax a bit more and keep my mind off of what is to come. read more

Nashville's new hot spot for waxing has definitely arrived!! The atmosphere is wonderful, clean, and classy. The wait was nonexistent, I signed in and went on back. My technician was polite and answered all my questions and we began the process. I got a full body wax, so it's already an unpleasant pleasant experience, but the technician was amazing. I will definitely be back, every 4 weeks. Milea was bomb!! read more

Had my first visit to Area for a Brazilian wax last week and it was amazing! Jazlynn was my specialist and she was excellent! I was shocked at how much less painful this wax was compared to the ones I've had in the past and the results were amazing. Definitely my new go to spot! Highly recommended! read more

I didn't feel like going to my normal spot in Cool Springs so a quick Yelp search led me here. I think I have a new wax place. Jazlynn was super sweet and she did a great job waxing me. The shop was clean and the woman at the front desk was very welcoming. My only complaint was that the wax was a bit too hot but when I brought it to her attention she tried to fix it. I'll definitely be back. read more

My first time ever receiving a wax and i chose this place. When i tell you this is probably the best decision I've made since joining the military last year. The women were so nice and professional. Ms. Jazzlyn was so cool. She talked me thru it, we talked about other stuff to take my mind off the pain and she very professional and informative. I would definitely visit them again. And if you're looking for an awesome place to get a wax this is the place. read more

I visited this place and a few weeks later was covered in bumps. I was not offered any proactive plan to avoid this condition. I called the store to speak with the manager to obtain a solution and never return received a return phone call. I don't think I will ever return. read more

So happy to have this salon right around the corner from my Antioch home! I called close to closing and they still scheduled me for that same night. I received an eyebrow and upper lip wax that left my brows looking flawless. Officially my new waxing place! read more

Posh was GREAT! She made my first wax comfortable. You have to get use to Brazilian waxes, so they are not fun to get. But a great esthetician can overpower the discomfort of the wax! read more

this place cancelled my appt for today just like an hour ago!!!!!!! so unprofessional! will never book with them again. i work and was only offered a 2pm appt instead of my 5pm. i'm also leaving town for my husbands bday tomorrow and was not offered for someone to fill in for the person out, was not offered possibly a brazillian instead of a full body wax or anything! stay away from these inconsiderate ppl!!!!!!!!!! read more
