I moved on over to the pool table and put my name under 3 people ahead of me. While I walked back to get in line again, the older male worker came around and asked for ID. Not "Welcome" "How are you?" "Hello" even... just hand out motioning for an ID and the word "ID" I quickly realized I forgot it. I left my house without my ID. Rushed out to get it and returned Less than 7 minutes later. The female worker checked it and I was getting ready order. Then I noticed the male worker had erased my name from the pool table list. I found that odd since I wasn't gone long and the same 3 names were there. Kind of aggressive, since I said I was coming back. Didn't feel welcomed and walked out. Making folks feel welcomed is a basic part of customer service. People work hard and have many places to spend their money and It's not that hard to smile I Wish I had a better review since the place is so close to home.
