WOW WHERE DO I START!…read more About two weeks ago, I decided to purchase my first rifle. I wanted to talk to as many people as possible and learn about the various types, designs and detailed overview. Then, I came across this guy TiborasaurusRex AKA Sniper 101. He put so much faith into the SWFA SS 10x42 and backed it up with facts. I wanted to research into it more. I went into forums and it was verified. SWFA Outdoors, your online reputation is immaculate. I've never been impressed more by a company backing up their product and even the level of customer service online (WOW)! Additionally, I want to thank Chris Farris for his help and assistance in picking out various parts for my New Remington Magpul 700 Rifle. I love to save a dollar and website hop but with the SWFA level of service, I decided to buy all my additional parts for my new rifle from SWFA.com and doubled my spend. By the way, they have some great prices. Chris was able to save me the headache of actually understanding what I was buying, consulted me on another scope option (i.e. making sure my turrets and reticle matched, which made so much sense) and even helping me match up my items. I have literally been telling everyone I have gun talk with to check out SWFA Scopes! Honestly I look for great service and in today's world, its hard to find. But at SWFA, dammit they raise the bar! -DM Woods A New and Happy Customer -- feeling happy.

They aren't as cheap as online retailers of course but will never try to sell you outside your budget or skill level. I buy from them because if I'm in need of a good rifle for a specific purpose I know I'll be leaving with exactly that or with the knowledge of what I need to find if I don't decide to buy. If your in the area give them a try

My husband loves this store Has great variety of merchandise…read more Good prices Friendly staff

On 2/7/2026 , I visited the store to exchange a sweater. Upon entering, I handed the item to the…read moreemployee at the entrance, Avery, who stated he would place it on the counter until I was ready. When I arrived at the customer service register, I was told by the cashier, Max (identified as a Customer Service Manager), to wait to the side. I waited approximately 20 minutes while other customers were assisted ahead of me. When Max finally assisted me, he claimed the sweater on the counter was not mine. Another manager, Aaron, was called over, and both managers insisted that I had not brought an item into the store. This accusation made me feel as though I was being suspected of theft. Avery repeatedly confirmed to both managers that the sweater was the item I brought in, yet they continued to deny this. After approximately 45 minutes to one hour, the managers stated they needed to review security footage to verify that I brought an item into the store. I asked whether this was standard return procedure and was told it was not. During this time, I observed that other customers, who were white, were treated promptly and without similar scrutiny. This led me to believe I was being treated differently based on my appearance and ethnicity. After roughly one and a half hours, the managers returned but continued to behave in an unprofessional manner. During the interaction, Aaron stated, "I'm not going to admit I'm racist," which further escalated the situation and reinforced my concern that I was being discriminated against. Nearly two hours after my arrival, another employee, Leslie, handled my transaction respectfully and efficiently and resolved the issue without further incident. Additional concerns include: I was threatened with removal from the store for recording and taking pictures, and the managers were unwilling to provide their names. Earlier, Max refused to sell me Pokémon card packs kept behind the counter, claiming they were "not in the system." However, when Leslie scanned the same items, they rang up successfully and were sold to me, raising concerns that merchandise was being improperly withheld. As I was leaving, another customer intentionally struck me with a shopping cart, which added to an already hostile environment. I would like to formally commend Leslie and Avery for their professionalism and respectful behavior, as they were the only employees who treated me fairly throughout this experience. Based on this incident and information shared by family members, this location appears to have an ongoing issue with discriminatory treatment toward Hispanic customers. I believe it is unacceptable for managers to treat paying customers in this manner, to accuse them without cause, or to subject them to unequal treatment. All this while 10yr old son was watching. He then asked "why are they treating you this way". It's sad my son had to witness this type of discrimination.

I finally called in. They offered to send some burris rings instead at double the price but refused to lower the price for the inconvenience. I ended up just replacing the SWFA rings with weaver rings at a similar price. I then found out that I would be charged a second shipping charge because they had already sent out my scope. So now due to their error, I'm not getting the SWFA rings I wanted unless I want to wait 3 months AND I'm paying 2 separate shipping charges. On top of all of that, I was told the scope rings would be here before christmas. It's now the day after christmas and I just received notification that the rings were just process to be picked up by UPS. Meaning they haven't even left the store yet. I live about 200 miles from the store, I could have driven there and got my products for what I paid in shipping and in less time. Needless to say, I will not be placing another order with SWFA.
