I went here to have my Hybrid lashes refilled on 11/15/2025 and paid $120 for a refill and within 4 days of getting them refilled, ALL of my lashes fell out. Ironically while I was at the salon another customer came in extremely upset that ALL her lashes fell out within a week as well. I thought nothing of it until mine did the exact same thing. Needless to say, I will NOT be returning here. I DO NOT recommend this place. Lash extensions should last 2 plus weeks at the very least, NOT 4 days. This place has had more negative reviews than positive over the last year. Save yourself the headache and disappointment. There is a reason appointment availability is abundant.

They are super reasonably priced for the services they offer. You start in a eucalyptus steam room then you get a body scrub (this i wasnt exactly prepared for its definitely a different experience) and then you move on to a dry sauna. After all this prep you move on to the actual massage. Im not sure how such a small woman was able to apply so much pressure (i asked for hard) or how she tossed me around so easily but she definitely got all the knots out that I didnt even know I had. She walked on my back which was another new experience for me (you can opt out of it) and again used her feet better than some places use there hands to find the areas that really need it. Every step of the way they explain what youre getting into and say you can cut anything short that isnt for you. Also most importantly the place was super clean. I will definitely be back and with this price point it will be more often than i thought possible.

I purchased a groupon for my Brazilian but I think I will purchase some more sessions for my underarms because their sessions are affordable and I've gotten such good results from the cutera laser in my bikini area. I initially went to laser md in Danvers but they are always so overbooked and crowded and aren't upfront with their prices. I feel like the cutera laser works better for me than whatever laser md uses. The majority of the staff are Spanish speaking and cater to a Hispanic clientele, which made me uncomfortable at first just because the conversation wasn't flowing as smoothly as I'd have liked for me being a native speaker. However, Nova and I hit it off and the rest of the staff is still super polite. March 2016 update Went here again recently to finish up my laser package. I find that they're very bad about privacy. The esthetician leaves and tells u to undress. Then she opens the door to come back in and I'm just lying there trying to cover up my nethers with my pants. Similarly, at the end of the session, I go to put on my pants and she opens the door to leave. Uh hello!? Can you not open the door while I'm naked? Jeez.
