I arrived late in the afternoon and was not able to schedule a massage, however I was offered a session in the infra-red sauna. With the solitude of the sauna with relaxing music I must say the experience was very relaxing and after a 30 minute session I was much rejuvenated! I was told this would cost 150.00. When I attended my appointment the technician made a decision to chose a different laser machine than I was originally booked in for as per my telephone consult. She lasered my full face and I was charged $350.00 plus tax. I decided to not complain at that time concluding that the treatment should be successful. After 2 weeks and 4 weeks, I noticed no improvement in the areas I had initially made the appointment for. I returned to explain my situation about the original quote price, etc., and that I believed I did not receive what I paid for, I was told that I would need numerous treatments for results. The technician pulled up the pre- photos of my face prior to the first treatment, these were taken after the initial prep wiping and cleaning cleaning process creating a redness to my skin and used these photos as a comparison, stating she seen improvements. The technician then proceeded to use a different machine during this return visit on one area of my top lip and my chin and nose and the results were significant, I wish she would have used that machine in the first place. I'm an unsatisfied customer, I was not validated when explaining the misunderstanding in price, nor that I did not receive the results expected. I do not mind paying good money if I get results. I have been getting spider vein laser treatment for 15 years, so I do know what typical and reasonable results look like.

A FULL SET is shown as $55 (no mention of increase depending on length) A FILL the other day cost me $83 including 2 very simple nail arts and 15% tip. (NO TIP REPLACEMENTS on any nails) The original full set cost me the same with NO nail art. I think this is ridiculous. Not to mention the nail tech and her coworker arguing in another language at the top if their lungs. Very unlikely id go back.

And my technician change the color of my nail polish without telling me. I didn't notice until the treatment was done. I do not recommend the spa pedicure. We also has the 60 minute couples massage, as well as 90 minute couples massage and was disappointed each time. I will still go to Crave because it's convenient, but only book with an RMT
