I moved here recently and I originally called for an appointment, asking for an experienced tech…read moreto have my top lip, bottom chin and nose lasered for spider veins. I was told this would cost 150.00. When I attended my appointment the technician made a decision to chose a different laser machine than I was originally booked in for as per my telephone consult. She lasered my full face and I was charged $350.00 plus tax. I decided to not complain at that time concluding that the treatment should be successful. After 2 weeks and 4 weeks, I noticed no improvement in the areas I had initially made the appointment for. I returned to explain my situation about the original quote price, etc., and that I believed I did not receive what I paid for, I was told that I would need numerous treatments for results. The technician pulled up the pre- photos of my face prior to the first treatment, these were taken after the initial prep wiping and cleaning cleaning process creating a redness to my skin and used these photos as a comparison, stating she seen improvements. The technician then proceeded to use a different machine during this return visit on one area of my top lip and my chin and nose and the results were significant, I wish she would have used that machine in the first place. I'm an unsatisfied customer, I was not validated when explaining the misunderstanding in price, nor that I did not receive the results expected. I do not mind paying good money if I get results. I have been getting spider vein laser treatment for 15 years, so I do know what typical and reasonable results look like.

Months later, after not taking the diuretic, I came back thinking I could finally get things taken care of... She proceeded to go into a 'song and dance' that her equipment wasn't 'top notch' and she wouldn't be able to give me the results I wanted... I told her I wanted to 'freshen up'...not look like a 20 year old... She told me to go to a different place who had STATE OF THE ART equipment, much BETTER than hers...and seemed to be almost 'combative'... needless to say, I WILL go across town to a laser place who has PROPER equipment... This is serious stuff......
