If you value your hair, stay far away from Hilary aka Hilaria K. Montemayor-Quezarie, a Google…read moresearch will tell all thats needed to know about this person., had I known she is an alcoholic I would not have had her touch my hair.I went in for a simple trim with clear instructions and a picture for reference: I explicitly stated that I did not want to lose any length. Instead of listening, she took thinning shears to my hair and completely butchered it. What was supposed to be a light cleanup turned into a flat, lifeless mess with zero volume left. She destroyed the texture, ruined the shape, and took away all the life my hair had. It's an absolute disaster. A professional should know how to listen to a client and understand basic technique. Utterly disappointing and unacceptable. Despite this clear mutual understanding, the stylist disregarded the visual reference and cut off a significant amount of my hair, severely over-thinning the back layers and removing far more length than agreed upon. The final result did not resemble the reference picture and caused irreparable damage to my haircut, which will take months to grow out. When I contacted management at Gemini Salon & Spa to address this unacceptable result and request a refund for the poor service, they refused to offer a refund or resolve the issue satisfactorily. While I understand that hair services involve artistic discretion, failing to follow a clear visual agreement and causing severe physical damage to length and density constitutes a material failure to deliver the service agreed upon. Because the service provided was unacceptable and inconsistent with the pre-service consultation, I am requesting a full refund of $63.75

Despite being a loyal customer for years, we have decided to seek hair care elsewhere after being…read moreinformed for the first time - ever - that "there is a 5 minute late policy" when my Husband pitched in to take my daughter to her appointment after I became violently sick. Her appointment was at 2 pm and my Husband arrived with her at 2:07 pm. They refused to see my young daughter through no fault of her own and without any advance notice of said policy. Had we known, I may have risked taking my daughter myself instead of requesting help from my Husband. I wanted to inform other customers in case they potentially run into an emergency that may make them "5 minutes late" as we were not extended that courtesy. We were simply and quite unfortunately turned away. Although, I do believe my Husband and daughter were discriminated against as I do not see this "policy" listed anywhere. If it is, in fact, a true policy, I would recommend the salon make their customers and potential customers aware in advance as the only heads up we have ever received was their policy on 12 hour cancellation.

I've been going to this salon for a couple of years now Jasmine is an absolute amazing masseuse…read more However my last experience on June 10th I had a gift card to pay for my services the receptionist accidentally instead charge the entire amount on my credit card because that was what I was using to pay Jasmine her tip. The owner Chris first off took over a week to respond back to my complaint about my credit card charges. Instead of him asking me what happened he listened to whatever his receptionist told him when I talk to her on the phone. Mind you this was not the person that I had engaged with on the 10th. Saying that I paid with a card and that I changed my mind to use the gift card which was a lie. Chris said he cannot refund me my card because of a new system that was installed. He proceeds to tell me to call my credit union and dispute the charges. I called my credit union and explained the situation. They said that it doesn't work like that. I reach back out to Chris and he has not responded back. I have yet to receive my refund till this day. I'm putting this review on all platform. No one should have to experience this his customer service skills is horrible. I'm also reporting this to the Better Business Bureau
