    The main bar at Headliners.

At Headliners Music Hall for the 89.3 WFPL Presents The Moth StorySLAM. YES! The Moth Story Hour we hear on NPR stations across the U.S. originate locally. There is not a Moth StorySLAM in Indianapolis, so off to Louisville (closer than Chicago). Full Bar available. There is also a seating area upstairs. The acoustics were good, although I was there for a storytelling event, I'm sure it's a great spot for an intimate musical performance.

Headliners is a general admission concert hall capacity is just under 1000 with eight large round tables and balcony seating with cocktail tables, the remaining is standing room only. A large bar without barstools. The bar service is very good and well staffed. We were happy to enjoy a medium sized patio with out tables. The stage is awesome!! Sound system is great as well as show lighting. Note; lot "parking very limited" with a $5 fee. No street parking.

Came here to see Wet Leg perform. It's a general admission venue, but seeemed that there was a balcony section for VIP. The bar is in the back. Two reasons this isn't a five-star venue: - the set up of the venue doesn't work. They have merch that is right at the entrance/exit, so when you have a sold out show, there is a line for merch blocking the exit. - it was freezing. We came on a wintry night and it was very, very cold, even with a sold out audience size. I do love their program that they use to resell tickets. Instead of going to StubHub or Ticketmaster, they use a third party service, so it's safer and more secure and the prices aren't insane. Good venue!

They take all the right precautions before entry so everyone has a good time, the right price and always a great show. A Louisville gem.

Headliners is a great concert venue. It's small, so no matter where you are, you're near the stage and you can see and hear. In all likelihood, your ticket was no more than $30. The type of people Headliners draws tends to have a reasonable pricetag. The negatives are kind of true at every concert. You stand the whole time... It's 200 degrees in there... The beer is like $8/per... All that sucks. Or I'm getting old. One of the two. Probably the latter. Checkout Headliners. You'll enjoy yourself. Stand near the bathroom. That's where the fans are.

What a great event! I bought tickets for my mom for Christmas and we came on a girl date. This was my first event at Headliners and I was pleased. The show started at 9, but doors opened at 8. We came early to find seats. There are limited seats around the outside walls of the venue. They do have drink specials and you should opt for those to save some cash. Drinks are pretty pricey! We came to see the INXS Kick experience. It was a great show! They came out about 15-20 minutes late, but they played for a good hour and half. Plenty of room to dance and to be up close to stage. I will watch their calendar for future events that interest me. Parking is very limited in their lot but you can park in lot for distillery commons. They say they charge $3 for that lot. They do check hour purse and wand you. They also sell a season pass for $500, to all shows throughout the year.

Headliners in amazing! Reminded me of my favorite Austin music venues. They always have astounding line ups and excellent ticket prices. I caught Louisville Loves Emo there when I first moved to town, and not only did they provide a true emo experience equipped with black balloons and themed cocktails, but they also provided my HoH girlfriend with ASL Interpreters! Such an inclusive and accessible venue with helpful staff.

Used to love coming to this venue 10 years ago, when there was an empty lot where I parked across the street. Now there is modern apartments and you have playin with street parking. It's sounds like fun but it's 20/80 chance of getting side swiped or getting hit while walking to the venue. What's worse if you have passengers it's a incline wall that you have to Spider-Man walk to get out of the car and on the road. But I digress.. on to the Headliners.. security is a priority. They check your id, bags and all. The venue is spacious but limited seating, once they are taken that's it until they leave. They have the beautifully lit stage area and cleared the floor for dancing or large crowds. The bathrooms are clean and well tended too. The bar is stocked with the liquors, craft beers and wine! My favorite part is the outside patio, nice string lights, some comfy lawn chairs and just a beautiful relaxing vibe. Can't wait to go back and see some more shows.

An usher approached and offered the option of a complimentary upgraded ticket closer to the stage, which was a nice surprise. Truly feel there are no bad seats in this venue and sometimes bring my small binoculars to see if I'm missing anything (typically I'm not), but usually just sit back and enjoy the great audio quality with no complaints. My only grievance is toward fellow seemingly entitled, self-absorbed, impolite patrons who arrive late for the shows, typically with phone flashlights turned on bright who clumsily attempt to find their seats. They seem oblivious to stomping over other patrons in their quest to access seats they had selected in the middle of the row, loudly talking, and flashing blinding lights around. Rude, Rude, RUDE. I wish theaters would institute holding patrons at the door for specific entry into the theater as a group, perhaps 15 minutes into the show. Also, if you're 30 minutes late to an only 1-hour show, it'd be nice if it was either denied entry or perhaps directed to the back rows of the venue. End of rant. :)

It's a modern take on the standing-room-only "Big Rock Show" venue, with well stocked bars on either side of the stage and a cool balcony above (often reserved for VIP standing or sitting, and with its own bar and bathrooms). One of the twists to the venue that is in my understanding still greatly under appreciated is that the Louisville Orchestra collaborated in building Paristown Hall. The stage can fit the whole orchestra, the acoustics are good enough to showcase that, and the A/V system is deep enough capture most of it. How many orchestras in this country have a venue that they can regularly play that gives off "Big Rock Show" energy? Paristown Hall is also the reason that Louisville had one of the few active, working orchestras (and paid salaries to them!) in the country in the early 2020s. (Those live streams meant a lot to me as a fan of live music in those years.) I try to buy any Paristown Hall ticket that sounds even of passing interest. I especially buy a ticket for every Louisville Orchestra show at Paristown Hall before even reading the description, because any show our Orchestra thinks needs to be at Paristown Hall is a show I don't want to miss. (Absolutely my recommendation to everyone: if the Louisville Orchestra is playing at Paristown Hall it will be a treat and you should buy tickets.)

This venue has a large bar across the entire back wall, which is on the opposite side of the room from the entrance. The restrooms are located on the left front side of the building when facing the bar. A large balcony for the VIP patrons wraps around the second level for more than half of the room in a horseshoe shape. It appears to also have a decent amount of seating. This is in contrast to the ground floor general admission area, which is standing only. Over 2 to 3 hours of standing on a concrete floor is a foot annihilator, but was so worth it to me this time around. Stage was able to be seen fairly well from most vantage points. Projection images of the stage were seen on 2 walls on either side, which helped supplement what we could see. Sound system was top notch. I'm still half-deaf almost a day and a half later. I'll probably take at least some light hearing protection with me to future events. Overall, great venue. Good value. Plenty of nearby parking and places to dine before/after events.

You walk in downtown heights a hallway filled with nostalgic movie characters and to the left is the full service bar and right in front of you is the seating section with a projector pumping out some of your favorite 80's and 90's cult hits. It was October when me and my buddy Jeremy came here so they was playing a Halloween favorite sleepy hollow. We sat down immediately and glanced at there clever drink menu all themed after cult hit movies and stars of the the two aforementioned decades. My buddy isn't much of a mix drinker so he went with a bourbon and coke. I was feeling nostalgic so I got one of the fun drinks. I ordered a cinna-bite drink (Tito's vodka, coffee and cinnamon). While we waited we browsed around checking out the very cool and nostalgic decor and went on the other side of the bar to check out the rental section to bring back all the nostalgic feels of combing through a blockbuster in our youth. Our drinks came out quickly and our waiter was super nice and helpful. It appeared they had some regulars there for a trivia night and he asked us if we wanted to participate but we had to be somewhere soon. But I'm sure it would have been cool to do. My buddy liked his beam and coke. Classic drink that's hard to mess up. My specialty drink was very good. I'm not a huge coffee guy and the cinnamon and vodka had very good and distinct flavors. Very tasty and potentially dangerous I guess because you would have no idea that drink had any hard liquor in it. Upon leaving I noticed they had a ghost busters hi-c ecto cooler (y'all remember those?) hard drink. When I come back I'll have to try that. I'm sure it's great as well. Overall, awesome place with an amazingly fun and nostalgic vibe. Great and creative drinks and a friendly staff. I can see this being a cool spot to come and hang out when I have more spare time. Highly recommended any child of the 80s/90s to check this place out. You will not regret it.
