When I arrived they said they weren't open. Why would they tell me to come pick up the car during that time? They should have told me to pick it up on the Monday the week after to not waste time. When I arrived, they replaced the damaged parts, however, I got the car back with additional issues. The mechanics forgot to bolt back the fender liner so on the drive back it was completely eroded. The Moon roof lining was not aligned correctly. In addition, after I experienced the first snowfall in Chicago leakage was present on the side of the car where repairs were made. My car was pretty much in worse shape than when I left it with them. Extremely disappointed.

Called A1 and owner provided his cell so I could send a pic. Owner looked at pic I sent and said they would try to fix it. He was very up front that due to the type of crack it might not be successful. Got an appointment for the next morning. Technician was professional and explained very patiently what he was doing and showed me what was possible. It worked out better than expected and hopefully it will prevent the cracks from growing.
