Absolutely terrible customer service. The guy working at the counter refused to give me my change…read moreand insisted that I should leave it as a tip. If I want to leave a tip, I will. It is not okay for an employee to decide that my change is automatically their tip. I asked him THREE times, "Can I please have my change so I can go?" At that point, after being treated with such a disrespectful attitude, I had absolutely no reason to want to leave a tip. To make matters worse, there was a clear language barrier, and the employees seemed to have difficulty communicating with customers in English. I was even asked why I don't speak Spanish, which was completely inappropriate and unnecessary. I should not be expected to speak another language in order to receive basic customer service. The employees clearly need proper training on how to communicate with customers, handle transactions, and understand that tips are optional, not something they can demand or take without permission. Extremely disappointing experience and definitely not somewhere I would recommend.
