The tour guide was stinking too; trousers splattered with muck and finger nails to match! They really did themselves no favours yesterday in terms of PR, and the tour was half an hour late starting. We went from there to Hinch Distillery; sparkling clean, staff in branded clothing, glorious experience in comparison. I like and drink Hilden products but that tour was shameful, no pride in the business or themselves. Also, they don't brew every day so on our visit it was just a big, untidy barn.

The pizzas here are great - very authentic and extremely filling. My favourite though, is the Pasta Carbonara. The restaurant is BYOB, so you can enjoy your own wine or beer to compliment your food. One small thing I can think of that would be a big help to customers, is if the staff could show parties to their table instead of telling them which number to go to. If you are seated downstairs it is easy to find where you are supposed to be, but the upstairs is like a bit of a maze and it can be hard to find the table number they have sent you to.
