Although I did not get the staff members' names, they both went above and beyond to help me and my friend make our selections. The in store staff is great and this review is not meant towards them, their customer service is a 5/5, however the lack of follow up and general lack of care towards customer service on a corporate level is atrocious. They were patient with me and all the questions I asked them. This shop has some really cool glass pieces, as well as succulents, apparel, backpacks, and more. Prices seemed to be around the same as most of the other smoke shops I've been to. But the vibe here is unmatched, PLUS - shop corgi who comes out to say hi and ask for pets!!
