She was very gracious and said how sorry she was for the bad experience I had had. She then offered me a refund or a free gel manicure and pedicure. I chose the later. The second time I had my nails done there, I was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful they looked. The woman who waited on me was very professional. She took her time making sure that her work was perfect. I also need to comment on how clean the salon appeared, how friendly the staff was, and how relaxing I felt being there. I highly recommend that you get nails done at Lacquer Me Nail Bar. I will definitely go back to this salon.

The nail polish was very thick, uneven- bumps you can see from streaky polish, you can see the polish on my skin. I was very embarrassed and insecure so I had to get them redone once I landed. Really disappointed with my last and final visit. I liked my nails done by a different tech, the picture with the burgundy and gold nails prior but with my last appt with Julie, the owner - it's a no go for me. My nail tech was Peter, he was very also polite and gentle with my nails but the final result was not what I had asked for. I originally asked for white cat-eye nails. The cat-eye effect was barely visible, and the color looked different from what I expected. I also wasn't completely happy with the overall finish of the nails. The nails are okay but I will definitely not be going back to get them done there again. I understand that mistakes can happen, but for the price I paid ($90 + $10 tip), I was hoping for a result that matched the inspiration and my expectations more closely. I also called in to see if I can get some adjustments on the nail polish but they said it would be another $30 for polish removal. I hope the salon can improve communication with clients and pay closer attention to the details of the service being requested.

I had put in my name and cell, and figured I would call in the morning to try to get in touch. 10 minutes later the owner of the salon, Dey, texted me to see if she could help me with my appointments. In under 5 minutes she responded again to tell me I had 3 mani/pedis at noon the next day. We walked in and were promptly greeted by friendly staff. The girls were brought to their pedicure chairs immediately and mine was available a few minutes later. The process was amazing - they do the mani and the pedi at the same time - 2 nail techs working on your services. Needless to say, I've never experienced anything like it! Our nails were amazing, and the nail techs did a fantastic job. From start to finish - this experience was truly outstanding - WOW !!
