But I was inspired to go after hearing about it on KPFA and the organizers decided to have a health fare and get rid of the big name sponsors. That was a great idea! I absolutely loved the festival. They had everything from community agencies, transportation and health services, to live dancing and sage ceremonies. The crowds weren't huge and overwhelming, something that led to fighting some years back (and the reason we stopped going). Moreover, I decided on a whim to get my COVID booster. They had flu shots as well, and it was an impulse decision, made after my husband stopped to be social with some former colleagues. It was fine. I'm sure that if they keep the ceremony like this, it will grow. I think that after this last year and a half, keeping the community in touch is the way to go. And this festival did a great job of that.

Teonna was a pleasure to work with, so knowledgeable with great personality and communication skills; I've actually been very fortunate here in this store with ALL the reps who have service me (see my previous comments)...!!! Going forward, I will make a "store visit" my FIRST option with issues that require attention...in the past, I thought it was more convenient via online Customer Service...and in my honest opinion, it's NOT...their A.I. Virtual Assistant SUCKS and is a total waste of time....Live Chat is a slight improvement, a phone call, just slightly better....BUT nothing compares to a "live, in-person service rep" if you can have one as exceptional as Teonna...."Thank you" for all your help today...you ARE "the BEST"...!!!

He didn't acknowledge that I was already being helped or excuse himself--he just left mid-conversation. It felt very dismissive and rude. On top of that, the store was extremely loud and felt unorganized, which made the experience even more frustrating. I ended up walking out because I didn't feel valued as a customer. Basic courtesy and communication go a long way, and this experience fell short.

Graham (Final Frame) was the perfect fit! He is very professional and readily available for any questions, etc. He has a quicker turnaround for the video which is a bonus, and I really liked that his presence was very subtle (doesn't feel like you're on a movie set with a ton of bulky equipment). He edited a wonderful video (documentary edit), and I feel like I really get to relive the wedding day, and I love that I get to re-watch all the speeches/special moments of us with our friends and family. One of my favorite parts is that he will interview the guests (optional) and you get to hear and see family/friends video messages. It was awesome and really special. I'd highly recommend Graham! He is excellent!

Graham is very responsive and easy to work with. The day of our June 2021 wedding, Graham showed up on time and got right to work. You hardly even know he's there, which is exactly what we wanted from a videographer. He films "documentary style" and gets all the parts of the day that are such a blur to the bride and groom. My favorite thing about his style is the interviews he does with the bride and groom separately and the interviews he does with guests. It's such a nice touch that makes watching the video even more special. Graham is so affordable given the INCREDIBLE work that he does. I can't believe some people don't get a videographer for their wedding as it was such a special experience to rewatch our day through the eyes of our guests. My sister used Graham a few years ago, and I will be recommending Graham to every future bride and groom. His work is stunning, he doesn't interfere or get in the way, and he adds special touches that make the video even more fun to watch. Thank you so much Graham!!

People are very friendly and will start up conversation with you over anything: "I love your bike set up!", "Cool shirt, where'd you get it?", "Hey, what's up?". Did not encounter anyone pretentious, aggressive, or unwelcoming. People have crazy bike set ups with music, lights, and other creative add-ons. If you don't want to hear someone else's music, there are always breaks within the bike party crowd for you to distance yourself. You can bike individually in between crowds, or within a crowd. When you're in the middle of a crowd, you feel like you're being carried by everyone around you and forget you're even pedaling... Very unique feeling. People do drink and smoke, but it's mostly casual and nothing incapacitating. Why get smashed when you have the adrenaline and endorphins from biking to your heart's content? Cars will beep at you, but cyclists take it lightheartedly and just shout bike party and ring their bells back. Cyclists move for cars if possible. Volunteers make the journey a lot easier by yelling turns ahead of time, dismounting and standing in the way of a street to direct you in the right direction, and notifying the rest of the group of oncoming cars. You also get paper directions before you begin. At one point, I got left behind when waiting for a friend that passed me when I wasn't looking. I followed the route and ran into some volunteers who helped direct me the rest of the way and were very sweet and engaging. No matter who you are, grab your bike and join us every other Friday. That's all you need to feel welcome and have some fun!

We also created a recipe cookbook deck that was a great customer marketing tool. I then introduced them to Joanne Weir (PBS chef & James Beard award-winning cookbook author) and with them launched a completely new platform for her Joanne Weir's brand, TV series, email newsletters, postcards and other assets with many iterations along the way. When I consulted for Cayson Designs I brought them in to fix some technical issues left behind by a technical consultant. Since I joined Parties That Cook full-time almost 4 years ago we did a complete re-design of the website and newsletters, print collateral, and various digital assets including vehicle design. The PxI team is creative, thoughtful, open to way too many client iterations, and very reasonably priced. We can be honest with each other, and have pushed each other on design and other decisions as a team, and they have always gone to great lengths to ensure customer satisfied with the end result. They have become an extension of each company I have worked at over the last 11 years. I would unequivocally recommend them to you for print, online, video or other creative projects.

I will never refer any of the companies we do business with to him because of this fact. I usually never yelp bad businesses but I felt I had no choice on this one. He quoted us a website design that was 7x more expensive than the developers we chose to go with. And we love our new website. Be careful with this team. We're glad that we finally pulled the plug on the relationship we had with them.
