Very good. We got crepes and an omelet. The service was good. The inside looks better than the outside.

Disappointing policy change that penalizes small resellers…read more I've used this pack-and-mail location regularly for my reselling business, typically dropping off 15-20 packages per week across multiple carriers. One of the main reasons I chose this location was convenience: they have pickups from all major vendors in one place and it's always been a pleasant experience up until recently. I print my own labels and pack my own items, which I'm fully aware they offer as paid services. However, doing that work myself is how I keep costs down for my business. Despite this, comments have been made in the past implying that by only using the drop-off service, I'm "not making them any money." As of January 1st, I was informed that if I drop off more than three packages, I'll be charged $2 per package just to drop them off. That means a quick, one-minute interaction to scan packages and provide a receipt now comes with a fee. I understand the economy is tough and businesses are trying to increase revenue. However, this policy feels especially frustrating when every other pack-and-mail store and all major carriers (USPS, UPS, FedEx) offer free drop-off, with USPS even providing free at-home pickup. This change feels less like a reasonable adjustment and more like being penalized for doing the work myself and using what was previously a free, basic service. While the cost itself may be small, it's the principle that matters. For those who rely on this location solely for high-volume drop-offs like I did, I'd strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Unfortunately, that's exactly what I'll be doing in the new year.

I also mail things because the post office has such a long line, but Pack N Mail is much quicker. They have all the mailing materials like envelopes and bubble wrap right there also, so you can buy what you need. The people who work there are friendly and helpful.

I went in to get 5 pieces of paper printed and notarized. The first girl whose name I did not get told me to email what I needed to the ups store email which I did. She printed 3 sheets of paper front and back and told me to go to the other girls station for the notary. She told the girl 5 sheets and told me the price per sheet. She asked for my drivers license which I provided then asked for my phone number. I began telling her my phone number at what I thought was a sufficient normal speaking voice and she stopped me halfway through the number and asked again. She was wearing one headphone in her ear so I assume that was part of the issue. So I spoke louder and she seemed to become irritated with me at that point. I mentioned the fact that she was charging me for 5 pieces of paper yet printed front back equaling to 3 sheets of paper. She said well it's per side. I said well that contradicts what was just stated. So she told the girl to print single sided. This is a legal document so that is why I brought it up. I asked if once notarized is there a way I could have that emailed to me. Without saying anything, she just got up and walked over to the machine behind the desk. At that moment I realized I gave her my old drivers license so I pulled out my new one and mentioned that I gave her my expired one. She again didn't hear me bc her headphone was in her left ear which was facing my direction so I said "excuse me ma'am" and that's when she said "ma'am I didn't write the address down in the book, YOU DID." I said, but that's not what I'm referencing, I didn't know if you needed my license to take note of the exp date or something because you had asked to see it. She repeated herself again and that's when I finally asked her if she has a problem with me. She was sarcastic, condescending and rude. Plain and simple. I said y"all are really not personable here. She said "so we are not personable enough for you ma'am?" I said no and I said "well I guess you are just here to get a paycheck huh?" I encourage you to really evaluate the people you have working for you and check in on them. Every time I've come in here it's always the same. This is just the first time I'm writing a review about it because Veronica's attitude was not necessary. I encourage you to review camera and audio and ask your employee Veronica who is on the receipt if she is okay. I really think she must have some deeper personal issues effecting her so it might be worth just to ask if she needs a day off to reflect on how she treats people. It was uncalled for and unnecessary.
