My former employer sent me a very detailed email with QR codes and instructions that state, UPS is to pack the items. When I went in, i was asked repeatedly what was in the box. I listed out verbally and opened the box to show him as well as showed the email checklist. After 10 minutes of repeatedly asking me what was in the box, I was asked to come back on Monday at 10am. Well of course I cannot and will not, I have a job. I gave up and went to the UPS in Casa Linda. There, Jessica helped me start to finish with no questions. I'm not sure if the man here was new or just lazy. Either way, he has no business being in customer service.
