If you need something printed, you can email them at: orders@mcdanielprinting.com If it's a small order, they can have it ready pretty quickly. For my business women's Club, I would email the agenda by 9 am and and drive by at 11 a.m. for 40 copies. I never had to wait and am always greeted like an old friend. Julie does a great job in making sure details are perfect and the printing is done well; I still send an annual Christmas Letter (to my far-flung friends and relatives) and it's tricky getting the color right. She's truly an expert in this printing/letters/stationary field! If you need a job done right - big or small - and want a pleasant experience with someone who KNOWS how to get the job done right, McDaniel Printing is the place to go!

However, after Saturday, I will go out of my way to avoid this place. I work remote and recently changed jobs and needed to return my old equipment. My former employer sent me a very detailed email with QR codes and instructions that state, UPS is to pack the items. When I went in, i was asked repeatedly what was in the box. I listed out verbally and opened the box to show him as well as showed the email checklist. After 10 minutes of repeatedly asking me what was in the box, I was asked to come back on Monday at 10am. Well of course I cannot and will not, I have a job. I gave up and went to the UPS in Casa Linda. There, Jessica helped me start to finish with no questions. I'm not sure if the man here was new or just lazy. Either way, he has no business being in customer service.

I do not recommend this store if Sam, the franchise owner is there. This place is not the same with…read morehim in charge. It was immediately noticeable the disregard he had for me as a customer as soon as I walked through the door. He did not greet me, yet asked, "What do you need?" I told him I needed to fax documents, handed them to him and as he turned around to the machine I asked if I could have a Cover Sheet. He blew his breath in frustration as he turned around and gave me one and then plopped (literally made sure he had enough air time) my documents down on the weight machine. My hand was open to receive the documents, he chose to place them down otherwise. In the middle of me filling out the form I could see and feel his building frustrations so I silently pleaded and asked for help from another employee who was available. THANK YOU JOHNATHAN!! He took my papers with no problem and assisted me with professionalism, generosity and care. Abraham was nice too! Thank you young gentlemen. Sam could learn a LOT from you two when it comes to customer service and professionalism.
