I met Jarrod and Nick at a home show and they were so easy to talk to and passionate about what they did that I knew it was a good fit. The fact that they were both vets was a definite positive. During the entire process, Nick Bifano was my main contact and I really enjoyed working with him. No drama and very accommodating. Although I had a scale drawing of what I wanted in the island, there were still a lot of fine tuning decisions to work through. I also had to put in a gas line of over 100' to the backyard along with electrical. It also included a Pizza Oven made in American Canyon, CA by Forno Piombo. (See review on them at their site) Nick and their team were incredible and very responsive throughout the process, and although not inexpensive, they were still the most competitive bid, which was great as they were my top choice. Even after the fact, when I needed to make changes, they were very reasonable and did not take advantage.
