They had what I was looking for when all of my normal haunts in LA County didn't. It was worth the two hour drive (one way) to get it. However, they no longer will "rip" the wood for you. Also when I arrived too late on a Saturday and left a voice message, someone was kind enough to return my call. I was there about 3 hours.

At installation, I realized I needed the etching for privacy. I tried to make it work, but my neighbor could see in. When I mentioned this to Tim, he immediately agreed to order the etched glass and even offered to split the cost with me.
