I give it three stars because there are no bathrooms in the park. I like to in a real toilet. Also no showers. It's a huge difference for me when picking the parks we stay at however it was nice and clean and easy to get in and out of. The people were nice on the phone and we arrived late in the night and they let us come hook up anyways. I appreciate that.

Dumpsters constantly overflowing and not emptied on a regular basis. Grass is cut when it gets knee-high. Lots of rules, but only certain people are required to follow the rules. Some examples of this are no window unit AC's are allowed in your RV (numerous RV's have them) you can have a storage shed, but it must be wood only (there were lots of residents with plastic & metal sheds. Save yourself the heartache and misery and just go down the road. There are tons of other RV parks that are clean and not so TRASHY!!!

Margie has been super nice and helpful with everything, from check in to referring businesses like propane refills, hardware stores and grocery stores. Very efficient with emails and communicating with the park when needed. I'm a traveling healthcare worker, which is why I'm leaving, but when I am back in the area, Rising Spirit will be first on the list! They have mailboxes, 4 washers and 4 dryers. A shower and toilet, Soda machine, ice and water machine, grassy areas, a dog park. The grounds are nicely kept. Everyone living here, that I have interacted with, has been very friendly.

It's a well-maintained, age 55+ property, so there were never any kids yelling or loud music blaring. It is also gated at night, and as a single female, I felt very safe there. The park is out in the country, so it is very quiet - the only sound being a rooster occasionally crowing, which was quaint. The property managers, Greg and Amy, were amazing. When I had issues, they were always available to help, even when they were off duty. The on-site shower/restroom, laundry room, and community room are always clean and inviting. The neighbors are all very friendly, and there is a large dog park your fur babies. When I moved out, they refunded my deposits promptly and in full. If you're looking for a great RV park, and you're age 55+, Central RV Park at Parkside is the park for you! I would still be living there if it weren't for my job.

Park was quiet and we had no issues for the 3 months we were there. An ice storm hit when we were due to leave once we bought our home and they were very kind and accommodating while we waited out the storm as we had a 5 hour drive to our new location. We had 2 pretty harsh cold snaps while we were there and never lost power or water and residents seemed very willing to offer each other help or supplies to weather the storm. I don't know what prior complaint about laundry room is about, I've never been when machines weren't working, and I've never been when there wasn't machines available. The owner's father manages the place, and has always been nice and polite to me. He has never been nasty, and I am very much a female. I get an email each month with my invoice attached, but nothing else is ever conveyed through email. I enjoy living here and have never had any issues.
