This company was employed by our property managers at PMI in Tampa. Construction and repair began…read moreon 11/18/2025. The Foreman/Manager rang our door bell to speak with us on the first day. We spoke to this man all of five minutes regarding the repair process and mentioned that We had an idea about placing weather vane attachments for a projected Christmas decoration on the apex. We didn't discuss the mechanics of it but asked if it was something they might do. We were informed that it wasn't part of their job and that any damage from the vanes could invalidate the warranty. We agreed that we understood. This asshole never asked details about the installation or how we were putting the lights up. He reported back to our Property Managers that We were going to damage the roof and consequently they called us with a series of threats about not damaging the roof. I called their Offices and asked in a loud manner under what agreement did they have any right to report on our intentions without really knowing what those intentions were to the Property mangers. My thoughts are if you can go with someone else do it. This was about as unprofessional as I've ever seen in a construction company.

The wrong color drip edge was installed and I let Christian know about it before the shingles were put on. He wanted me to pay a additional seven hundred dollars to replace the drip edge with the right color. I refused and he did have them come and correct the problem. The roof was replaced and looks great. Christian called to see if he could come by and pick up the payment which he did, and told me he would bring by my receipt and the paperwork for the roof so that I can send it to my insurance company and I could get my payment from them. long story short after several calls ,emails and texts I still have not received the promised paperwork. Payment has been made and he no longer wants to deal with you. Poor business practice
