We spoke to this man all of five minutes regarding the repair process and mentioned that We had an idea about placing weather vane attachments for a projected Christmas decoration on the apex. We didn't discuss the mechanics of it but asked if it was something they might do. We were informed that it wasn't part of their job and that any damage from the vanes could invalidate the warranty. We agreed that we understood. This asshole never asked details about the installation or how we were putting the lights up. He reported back to our Property Managers that We were going to damage the roof and consequently they called us with a series of threats about not damaging the roof. I called their Offices and asked in a loud manner under what agreement did they have any right to report on our intentions without really knowing what those intentions were to the Property mangers. My thoughts are if you can go with someone else do it. This was about as unprofessional as I've ever seen in a construction company.

Calling them directly, I was told to contact Construction Corps and vice versa. My roof is now less than a year old, and was leaking in my attic, so I taped and sprayed all the attic seams with waterproof sealant, which did stop the leak! Contacted both Construction Corps and Cat 5 Roofing, and was told the leaking roof was not their fault, and they wanted me to pay an additional fee of almost $1,000 to fix the problem they created. I therefore contacted the Pinellas County Sheriff and other Government Agencies for possible Elder Fraud. Think twice before hiring this company, or you will be sorry that you did so!

He wanted me to pay a additional seven hundred dollars to replace the drip edge with the right color. I refused and he did have them come and correct the problem. The roof was replaced and looks great. Christian called to see if he could come by and pick up the payment which he did, and told me he would bring by my receipt and the paperwork for the roof so that I can send it to my insurance company and I could get my payment from them. long story short after several calls ,emails and texts I still have not received the promised paperwork. Payment has been made and he no longer wants to deal with you. Poor business practice
