Don't like their business practices. Cannot speak towards the actual cleaning provided but the entire process was just weird and left a sour taste in my mouth. Starts off as they can't really do it through yelp but it's alright we will send you some random generated invoice and you can pay after...Ummm okay cool Then it's we charge a set rate but not really set more like a sliding scale based on what we find. No thank you I do not want that. I would be willing to provide photos to confirm the quoted amount invoiced. They agree to view the photos No response after I send photos and a 2 minute video I reach back out They respond your appointment is confirmed for 3pm. Awesome. Does not answer the literal question and the reason for photos or the video. Provide me some feedback. Quoted rate yes no maybe hello....lock it in no sliding scale etc... something... Response again is the same thing. Literally like Appointment confirmed let me know if you have any additional concerns. Am I speaking a different language? At this point I know you are messing with me you have to be. Not only is it unprofessional it's incredibly rude. I respond again saying this is the 3rd. time now you have ignored the question and the precise reasoning for the photos and videos. I even referenced back the message of me saying please confirm the no extra increase. This is why in the beginning I told this company right off the bat if you don't do these things I totally understand I don't have to work with you guys I am okay. Everyone's company and practices are different I get that. So now back to my 3rd. failure of getting a response out of them. I say I will contact yelp and cancel this service thank you. NOW I get a long not an A.I paragraph response of nonsense and at this point. The damage is done the waters are muddied I shall take my business elsewhere. A big reason for writing this as well is another person quoted me on here kept the entire thing on this platform I paid off of this platform as well and the entire process felt safer and made more sense. My husband purchased a "gift certificate" in June 2024 for me for my birthday. He met the person representing the company, named "Hunter," and paid her $200 in cash. I was in no hurry to use the service, but wanted to save the cleaning until a time when I was having company come. I did not contact her right away, but did so in July, by text. I asked if she could schedule my house for a cleaning during the first week of September. When I did not hear back, I called the number on her business card and left the same message. She called back and said that date was too far out for her to commit, but I asked her to please "pencil me in." I texted her in August but got no response, so I called and left a message. She texted me back on 8/28 and said that she was no longer in the cleaning business and had gotten a full time job in car sales. She had 2 days a week off and offered to clean my house on one of those days since it was prepaid, but those days did not work for me. I texted back and told her and she said she would issue me a refund within 10 business days. I wrote back and gave her my address and also told her I have a Venmo account. I have never heard from her since. I last left her a voicemail on 10/3 and I suspect she may have blocked me. I know my husband should never have fully paid for a service before it was performed, much less in cash. And because she seemed very nice and sincere the times she called me back or texted, I did not expect this outcome. My purpose in writing this is that I am so disappointed that she did not issue us a refund. $200 is not a small amount of money, and she kept it even though she never performed the service.
