I really appreciate their hard work and will definitely reach out again when I need cleaning services in the future!

Within hours of me filling out the Yelp form, they were in my home, and by that afternoon they sent a quote and we scheduled a date. All communications - details, appointment confirmation/reminder, arrival - were communicated clearly and timely basis via Yelp and text. Susana inquired if there were any specific cleaning products I liked, and used those I requested for the floors and stainless steel. On cleaning day they arrived equipped with all tools and supplies. Their crew of 4 total spent 6-1/2 hours cleaning my house. There was a kitchen specialist and a bathroom specialist, with the other two going room-by-room to the other areas of the house. The outcome was wonderful. It felt as if the bathrooms were detailed by hand and the kitchen feels brand new! All other areas of the home were detailed as well, with all surfaces being cleaned. Also, the house smelled great. It was a treat to have this team do in a day what I usually do over many weeks! I can't recommend this team enough. In addition to presenting themselves professionally before the job, they were super-professional and diligent while working. They know what they are doing and do it with a quiet pride. Thank you!

Glenda's team did an amazing job from top to bottom. They were thorough, efficient, and paid attention to the little details that make a difference. When I came home, the blankets were neatly arranged with bows, the bathrooms looked spotless, and even the toilet paper was folded into the cutest design (I had to include a photo!). What really impressed me was noticing the next morning that they had even cleaned out my shower drain, something I hadn't expected and didn't realize until later. The house felt fresh and truly clean. Needless to say, I was very impressed and have already decided to start using them monthly. Thank you, Glenda and team, for such a wonderful job!

This required a deep clean in addition to some serious help crossing some T's and dotting some I's. The team that came in was on time, thorough, courteous, and listened to feedback / our concerns in regards to what needed to be done: multiple bathrooms, a shared living space, decluttering... it was an all afternoon ordeal that required lots of elbow grease, but they were game. In terms of cost, I will say that it's *never* cheap to hire a team of professionals to come in and do a deep clean that takes several hours. However, I feel like the services we received were exceptional and well worth the cost for the peace of mind I got in return. Since then, I've actually hired them a couple of additional times to assist in regular maintenance of my mom's home as she's a touch older with a *very* large dog that sheds like crazy. I'm really happy with this team and would recommend them to anyone in dire need of help in their apartment or home.

It took 2 people 3 hrs to clean a 1 person occupied apartment with less than 1300 sq ft (2 bedroom, loft, 2 bathrooms, very small kitchen, and dining/living room space) and no pets. I was charged $270. My oven cleaning was waived because they had to cancel the first appointment. (-)They don't charge until after the job is completed and per their policy they "process payments within 24 to 48 hours after your job is done. We do this for 2 reasons, first & foremost, to make sure you are 100% satisfied with our services and at that time we would know the actual time cleaning". I only gave them 3 stars because I provided my feedback that there were several items still dirty such as the outside surface of oven, bathroom toilet paper holders, kitchen sink faucet. They charged the full amount and didn't offer to come back and fix my concerns. (-)I didn't inform the cleaning service but I had LED string lights around some furniture that were positioned in February '17 and upon my return home they were no longer working.
