I found Chuck about 2 years ago just after moving to SoCal. Chuck took the time to explain the process and check in every few months as I was on the fence about purchasing. A few months ago when I got much more motivated to purchase, Chuck was extremely responsive and attentive. He put me in the drivers seat in identifying the criteria and listings I was interested in. Chuck setup the viewings and did the due diligence with the sellers agent on each listing I sent him, including setting up showings around my work hours. On listings I was interested in moving forward on, Chuck helped architect competitive offers which we were comfortable with. I would gladly recommend Chuck to anyone looking for a realtor.

He handled both sides of the transaction exceptionally well. On the buying side, he guided us through pricing, market conditions, and negotiations, and we landed right within the range he had estimated. On the selling side, he advised us on pricing strategy, comps, and preparation, and we sold our home within the exact range he originally projected, which speaks to how accurate and data-driven his approach is. Ryan is extremely knowledgeable, meticulous, and detail-oriented. He understands both real estate and the psychology of buyers and sellers, and he remained calm and steady during what can be a stressful process. His communication skills truly stand out. He stayed consistently engaged through email, text, and regular phone calls, and I never felt under-communicated with. I am very analytical and like to debate and understand the reasoning behind decisions. Ryan always backed his recommendations with solid data and clear logic, never asking us to rely on opinion alone. We interviewed four local realtors before choosing Ryan, and that decision proved to be absolutely the right one over the five-month process. He also has a strong network of trusted contractors and service providers. Overall, Ryan is professional, analytical, and highly competent. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.

He arranged for the home inspector to come out prior to listing our home, which allowed us to repair minor issues and assured any potential buyers the home was in good condition. This was helpful when we had two full price offers that we were negotiating on a tight timeline. Ryan's team is excellent, from the photographer, handy man, and home stager who marketed our home. Professional staging makes a huge difference-listen to Ryan and definitely work with his home stager. He takes care of everything, including after the sale. We were able to rent back until our new home was ready. The entire process went smoothly with little stress.

This review will be a long one because I truly want people to know how much Josh will do for his…read moreclients. Of all the people we have met during the process of buying a home, Josh is easily the person we are most grateful for. I cannot say enough good things about him. My husband and I are first time homebuyers which means we had a million questions, a million and one concerns and worries, and so Josh got a million and one texts from us. He answered each one realistically with his insane amount of knowledge, kindly and most importantly patiently. Josh went above and beyond in every single process - sending us potential homes based on our wants/needs that were discussed with him in our introductory call, coordinating and attending last minute showings with us all over Orange County, advising us with offer negotiations and gave us tactics that got our offer accepted when we finally found a home we loved, guided us through the entire inspections process, handled our wants for credits/repairs and got us to closing. Josh's involvement in the every step of this process is never bare minimum. He didn't just come to the showings with us, he spends time pointing out things that we may not have known as first time buyers (potential resale issues, deferred maintenance that we'd have to absorb later on, what's important for safety vs cosmetic things that we can change ourselves). He even recommended his preferred lender to us who helped us close in 21 days (formally, but our paperwork and everything was done in 18 days!!). He also arranged and recommended most of our inspectors (we did a total of 8 inspections between general and specialty) who did an amazing job on giving us an idea of what we were walking into. He's there with us the whole time, giving us second opinions on what to actually be worried about vs what is a bit doom and gloom. You can tell he really cares about his work and his clients. My husband & I actually found Josh from his podcast where he posted a extremely detailed step-by-step guide on how to buy a home in California. It was so educational, detailed and easy to understand which is exactly what it's like working with Josh. If you are a first time home buyer (or really any buyer/seller) who wants to work with someone who understands real estate and the market, will have your back, advocate for your wants, has a wonderful network, and is honest and kind and phenomenal at what he does, Josh is your agent.

He gave us our time to think, answer any questions we had, all while making sure we were staying on track with the process. There was a lot of back and forth, a lot of paperwork and signatures, but Josh always took the time to explain everything so we fully understood. The home buying process is never easy, but Josh and his team kept everything very organized, communicating when each step was ready and when it needed to be completed by. Going beyond the home buying process, Josh also shared his personal contacts with various local trades for any inspections, repairs, or other work we were looking into either during or after escrow. We're also excited that we'll basically continue to be Josh's neighbors and keep checking on his page for new local tips! Josh Alexander is definitely someone we'll keep in our contacts for future and will fully recommend to anyone we know looking for a home in Yorba Linda.
