I found Happy Carpet and Blind Cleaning (HCBC) on yelp.and decided to go with them because they were a mom and pop shop. I liked their guarantee and straight forward attitude. First off, the initial phone conversation was very pleasant and straight forward. They asked about the number of rooms and condition of carpets and if there were any pet related stains. I was asked to grade my carpets 1-5 on degree of dirtiness, Mine had not ever been cleaned since they were installed five years ago, so I said three. He recommended a hot water infusion. For one bedroom, a hallway and an 5x7 area rug I was quoted $149 and was told that price would not change upon arrival, unlike many big brand cleaners who are forced to sell cleaning upgrades, getting in the door with a $39.99 per room price. I scheduled the cleaning for the following Monday at 11am. The owner called me at 8:30 sunday evening to confirm. I was impressed anyone would be working on a Sunday, let alone Sunday night. Monday arrives and the person arrives on time, in a big 16ft box van. He was clean , polite and dressed professionally. He came in did his work and was done one hour and 15 minutes later. The carpets were clean, and barely damp. They were entirely dry by 8pm. The quality of the cleaning was excellent. Their equipment is much more powerful than any of the Rug Doctor machines you can rent.. I used to clean my own rugs, because I was cheap, but not any more. this process was so much easier it was worth the difference, especially if you consider your time. Everything was as promised. I can not comment on major stain removal, because I didn't have any, but I did have dark paths from foot traffic and landings. My carpets look great and if I need them cleaned in the future I will absolutely call HCBC for the job. The only beings unhappy with my carpet cleaning, are my two labs, that are no longer allowed on them. read more

Greg and his crew deserve a strong recommendation of being the best. Fro one, my carpets were terrible, and with grandchildren soon to be staying with me for an extended period of time, I wanted the carpets sanitized and deeply cleaned. I was amazed at the level of detail Happy Carpet and Blind Cleaning put into their work. They were very thorough and didn't miss anything! I was very comfortable with them in my home. I am in my 70's and am very cautious. But my experience with them was as if I had known them a lifetime. They truly care, not only about carpets, but about their customers' well-being. My great grandchildren (2 little babies) will be able to play on the floor without me worrying about the cleanliness, thanks to this fine company. Good young men, and I would recommend them to you. read more

I am very pleased with Happy Carpet and Blind Cleaning. I didn't know the importance of having my carpets thoroughly cleaned until I called this awesome company. They explained the process they use and how fast my carpets would dry, and THEY WERE RIGHT. This team was so kind, very helpful and I just enjoyed having them in my home. There were pet stains that other companies could not get out, but this group not only removed them, but my carpets look like new now, and are very light and fluffy. Oh, and I might add that it has been three months now, and the stains are still gone! I would definitely recommend them to everyone! read more

My carpets hadn't been properly cleaned since I had gotten my house and I'm sure the previous owners probably hadn't done any cleaning as well. I figured it was time to give them a good cleaning and had Gregory come in. He did a fantasic job of bringing some life back into what is probably the original carpet from 89. Granted it was in horrible shape, but he did manage to reduce the staining (stuff that had been there a while) and pulled a ton of dirt from it with just a standard cleaning. I would highly recommend Happy Carpet and Blind Cleaning to anyone looking to get stuff cleaned and looking for a business you can trust. read more

Greg did an amazing job!!!! The commercial carpet in my office is older and we had been discussing having it replaced. I have had it "cleaned" by other services about every 6-9 monmths, but it still looked dirty and worn. After he did his work, the carpet looks almost new. No need to replace it yet. What a tremendous savings in time and expense. I will definately be having him do the cleaning of my carpets from now on. I have no revervations in recommending him to all of my patients as I know they will be tremendously satisfied. Dr. David Madisom, DC, FACO read more

We just moved into a new home and with the temperature rising we wanted to run our AC, but because of the endless amount of dust and dog hair we keep finding from the previous people who lived here we decided it was probably best to get the ducts cleaned out and I'm so glad we did. When Greg came in and took a look he was surprised at how dirty it was and pointed out it had no filter (we never even thought of a filter) he did an amazing job getting them cleaned and we will definitely call them again. read more

There were several stains that I thought would never come out, but thanks to Greg and his crew they are gone!! I have pets, need I say more! They even took care of my expensive, wool area rug, with no hassle, and it looks fabulous. It is with great confidence and enthusiasm that I recommend Gregory, and Happy Carpets and Blinds. read more

We are extremely happy with the service Gregory provided. The carpets in the entire house are like new. Moreover, when we asked for quotes from several competing companies, we realized that Gregory not only offered great value for money, but is also highly knowledgable and dedicated. He uses sophisticated machines and good quality products. We recommend Gregory enthusiastically and will definitely have Happy Carpet and Bind Cleaning clean our carpets again. We have been in our office for several years and never took the time to have the carpet cleaned. We had some stains that were embarrassing but were never motivated to do anything about it. After meeting Gregory and his team and after seeing how affordable it was - it was a no brainer. The results were awesome. He has some before and after pictures but I'm not sure they do it justice. I highly recommend Happy Carpet and Blind Cleaning to anyone in need of these services. read more

HCBC just made my carpets brand new. After returning home from the holidays it was time to clean. Greg used his truckmount with a rotary too extractor to clean my carpet. It was 100 times better than a steam cleaner using a wand and my carpets dried in hours, not days. I think my carpet is cleaner now than when we first moved in. They moved small furniture for me they brushed it afterwards leaving it so soft. I didn't even want to walk in it again. Thank you so much. read more

Our 2005 Dodge truck had some NASTY stains in the floorboard and none of the car wash places we went to were able to get it out. We had Greg with Happy Carpets and his crew take a shot and they were able to get it out completely and the best thing is that the stain hasn't came back and it's been 6 months now. Also ended up having them clean our carpets, tile and upholstery and they did it again, Amazing job. I highly recommend Happy Carpet and Blind Cleaning company. read more

From old carpets to almost new again, Happy Carpet and Blind Cleaning really did a fantastic job. They are knowledgeable and courteous, and the best part is that I felt safe with them in my home. Very reasonable price, great value, and the price they quoted on the phone is exactly what I paid. They didn't try any games... A refreshing change indeed. If I could give them more than five stars, I would! Excellence all the way around. read more

Bill know what's best for customer, I saw the review on yelp so I gave it a try. They did a air dock cleaning for me, and they did a great job.
