I went to get my nails done, i've been getting them done consistently for a couple years. i just moved here and this is the first time i've been here. i had to ask maybe 5 times to fix certain nails because they were so obviously different and uneven. my cuticles look horrible and none of the shapes are the same. she was distracted the whole time on her phone and was just eager to get me out. i tip very generously so i hope for decent work done. i was extremely disappointed. read more

Been to this establishment a few times the owner was the one who did my previous pedicures. Today I had to wait over 1.5 hours because they don't take appointments which is crazy to me because I live 30 min away, so when I showed up that's when you are told how long the wait is. So what are you to do for 1.5 hours? Anyways today I got a women who was horrible. I told her I would pay extra but did not want a massage just extra time on my feet. She said no you just pay for regular pedicure. So the water she put my feet in was cold and I told another women it was cold and she just turned it off. I sat in the cold water for about 10 minutes. Once my lady came back to do my pedicure (she disappeared for about 10 min) she did not buffer my toes very well or cut all my cuticles. I asked for a flower for my toe design she rudely said they can't do them unless you get gel polish. What? I told her the owner had given me flowers before. I've also had over 100 pedicures and have always gotten a design, I even asked if the owner could do a quick flower and she ignored me. The pedicure was about 20 minutes. Horrible service and when I got home I had to repaint my toes. The price was $50. What a rip off!! I will pay good money for a good pedicure but this manicurist needs to be re trained on customer service! Does she even have a license ? Michele read more

This place is terrible. Right when we walked in, they greeted us very kindly but then as we got set up in our seats, i took off my shoes for a pedicure and picked out colors and scents for water. I put my feet in the water and then she started to rub my feet and scrape them. Immediately I got made fun of for my feet! Like what!! I thought it was a joke at first but then I started to get a vibe in which they were actually trying to hurt my feelings. I hate this place and will never be back. read more

A group of 7 of us came to town for a bachelorette party, and we called a week before and H&B said we could walk in for pedicures. When we arrived they were experiencing a loss of power from a storm the night before. Not only were they incredibly kind, but they still accommodated us girls in the midst of the technical difficulties! Incredible service!! and amazing personalities! Very casual, they put on Mamma Mia music for us because our party was Mamma Mia themed! I definitely recommend and will come back the next time I'm in town!! read more

This place is a joke. When I came in I had dips on my nails. For those of you who aren't familiar with dips, there are similar to gel. The need to be soaked off to prevent damaging the nail underneath. This nail tech busted out a piece of acrylic nail and started jamming it in between the dip and my nail and ripped them off. I have NEVER seen this before. When I get my dips soaked off there is no damage to my nail and they are rock hard. Having it done this way left my nails with the whole top layer missing and flimsy. Similar to having gels that you peel off yourself. There were 2 pinky nails that would not come off so the woman was forced to soak them. Which she did for all of 3 minutes which was only enough to loosen the polish not actually take the dip off. Instead of being patient and letting them soak for a few minutes more she brings out the electric nail file. She pressed so hard and used it for so long on one of my nails that it started to burn causing my to physically yank my hand away. Now my nail has a divot from her grinding away at it. To top it all off this whole experience set me back $52 dollars. I normally pay $35 plus tip, which includes an actual MANICURE and me not leaving with my nails worse off then when I arrived and they last for 3 plus weeks. We're less than 24 hours in and as you can see from the photo they are already chipping. Do yourself and your nails a solid and go anywhere else. read more

This was my first time to ever get a pedicure at this salon. The facility was very clean, brightly-lit, and professionally run. They had a variety of options to choose from. The staff was efficient. They also do manicures. Be aware that you cannot place tips on a credit card. read more

Went to this nail salon asked for coffin shape the man barely knew what he was doing. Normally before they glue the tip of the nail on the sand it down which he didn't do, and then he didn't sand my finger nails at all before he put the shellac on and then I asked him to sand my finger nails before he put the shellac on and he told me I was wrong and that it wasn't right and I mentioned to him that I have done this several times and I always get my nails done, but he continues to tell me I was wrong the shape I got was horrible he made my nails crooked and bubbly. It was not worth $55 I literally sat there for about an hour and the way he was brushing and doing my nails he had no idea what he was doing so I just wasted $55 of my money to have my nails turn out terrible to have three of my nails break within the first two days of having them blows my mind after paying $55 I feel like I shouldn't have this issue normally any other time I acrylics last me 2 to 2 1/2 weeks without even breaking at all. I called the day of and was able to get an appointment for a full set. I was told over the phone this would cost 55 dollars. Way more than what I normally pay ($30) but I was willing to pay extra for the service. I got a simple design added and was completely shocked when the total for my service was $88 dollars. This place is way too expensive for the average nails I received, and not nearly worth over $90 total. I am disappointed and will not be returning because the price does not reflect what I got. Especially since I was told $55 over the phone and ended up getting charged almost $40 dollars more for a simple design. The lady who did my nails was good though. read more

Within a half hour time I was given a pedi and mani, I have a cut on big toe from overzealous cuticle cutting and my finger nails are way too short. I did not get polish but wanted buffed and she just said not good for them. She never spoke to me so I figured she did not know English but she speak English when telling me no for the buffing. Not so sure how clean instruments were, I know the nail file was used quite a bit before me and nail clippers had rust on them. The place was ok cleanliness but lots of nails and debris on the floor. I was charged the $47 for both the pedi and mani as advertised but should have been less with no buff or polish. I would not recommend and I will not return. read more
