I'm terrible at telling a stylist what I want done with my hair, I know what I want it to look like, but I don't know how to facilitate it to the professional. Chrissy understood that, and was patient and worked with me, now she knows what I want without even asking, and I'm greeted with a warm welcome every time. The staff is VERY professional and sociable, and the pricing is fair. I never feel cheated, and my experiences have been enjoyable. I recommend this place to anyone. The stylist never put a cape on me and got color all over the back of my sweater. She didn't shape my hair up like I wanted it she actually cut it all off. I had to go back the next day to have a co-worker there fix it for me because she did such a bad job and it was uneven. and then he even the next day after I got that haircut it was so bad she had notches cut out of it it was long on the top and short in the back it was just a mess. So I went to great clips and the girl there couldn't believe how bad of a haircut I had I can't believe that I spent as much money as I did there I wish I could get my money back because it was not worth what I spent. I expressed I wanted the same exact style I had in and that I wanted who was doing the new style to be the one who was taking them out so they are able to see how it was. I was told she would be able to do the same style without seeing it. I sent the stylist photos of my style as she wasn't the one who took it down and wouldn't know what I wanted. Towards the end of it her next client came in and she started to rush to finish mine as if she wasn't over an hour late on her own schedule. Meanwhile the whole time my hair was being done she was arguing with her boyfriend about a card he was using of hers on his doordash account and not focusing on me the client. My hair was not done correct and also slipped rubber banding the ends of my braids and just left the ends curly and messy. I booked with her though booksy and then when it came time to pay she claimed to only take cash which is the whole point of booksy being that it's paid through Booksy. The technician was friendly. She did a nice job, what I would expect. When she rang me up, it was even more money (about $7) I asked why and she said it was extra work. Believe me, I go on a regular basis where I live and have never been charged more. Also, another technician was chugging beer while working on a customer. I thought that was unprofessional. Because of the pricing issue and beer I would not recommend this place.

I woke up one morning and decided that enough was enough with my hair. Surprisingly I was able to snag an appointment with Michael for the same day, and went in with absolutely no idea what I wanted, or could even do with my hair. And OH MY GOD did Mike deliver!! I parted with my length and went for the big chop, one that more-so fits my line of work and two kid lifestyle. To top it off, the positive energy that I felt as soon as I walked through the front door was unlike any other, and we had so much to talk about through the entirety of the appointment! The past couple of days have been absolutely amazing, and my self esteem has shot back through the roof. I woke up yesterday morning and finally fell back in love with the person staring back in the mirror after YEARS.
