Sharon's owns a cargo van, why couldn't they have delivered the piping and drapes to the reception hall, which is less than 5 miles away, and instead, making us pick it up. I would've gladly paid extra for delivery if that meant we didn't have to go pick it up and drop them off at the reception hall on the busiest day of our lives. 2. Sharon's ruined my spa day because they called me during my appointment to tell me they're closing early and that I have to make it there before closing, then telling me it won't fit in a car, only a pickup truck or bigger, and that if we don't get it by 4pm because someone is unwilling to stay for an extra 10 minutes, we're SOL. They should give me $200 to make up for what I had to pay for my ruined spa day. 3. While the drapes were nice and matched our colors nicely, the piping was all scratched up. Don't they own more than one set of piping? If all of them are bad, then there's another reason to not use Sharon's. 4. Their website is absolutely terrible. It's hard to navigate, and advertises items they don't carry. For example, we were going to rent some high chairs from them in addition to the drapes instead of paying a premium for the reception hall to supply those, but when I called Sharon's, they said they don't carry those. My complaints: First, the pipes were kind of tough to put together because the bolt holes were badly damaged from wear and tear. Most importantly, the hours on the website and on the store door say 9am-5pm. The day before my wedding, the most hectic day of my entire life, they informed us at 2:45pm that they were closing at 4pm because someone had a child to pick up. I had organized the entire day around picking people up from the airport, picking up flowers, organizing tuxedo fittings, and had the whole thing planned out. With a little more than an hours' notice, they told me I had to be there to pick all the equipment up (with a pickup truck, no less). It ruined my day and left a friend stranded at the airport for 45 minutes. I called to ask if I could show up at 4:10pm and the person on the phone told me that the doors would be locked and I'd be out of luck. Although the equipment was great, this unprofessionalism really ruined the experience for me.

First of all, the guys who run it are young, very personable, and know their stuff. Now, I have to admit, I know both of them but believe me, if they stunk, I wouldn't take the time to write anything and just smile and nod and be on my way. I write enough reviews that I can remain unbiased, regardless of existing friendships. Now, getting away from my disclaimer, the booth isn't your traditional small, stuffy, box that you have to contort your body to fit into. You don't get a strip of tiny pics that shoot out of a hole and when you look at them you finally discover you're not even in half of them. It's some cool backdrops (like at a movie premier) that you stand in front of to get your pic taken. This means you can pack in as many people as you'd like, which makes it more fun. And the fact that you hold the controls, and can preview your pics right away, guarantees you'll find a few shapshots you like. MammothBooth really has reinvented the photo booth experience and everybody I saw getting their pics done was having a ton of laughs and creating awesome memories. I know I did. I also picked up some fruit and vegetables I liked for my own meals at home and found the prices affordable for my needs. I knew the party supplies would be a little more but you got enough for more than one party for some items. I was also happy to get a container of ice melt with shaker top which I promptly used when I got home!
