She is able to customize the background of the photos, the background of the printed photos, and shape of the photos- strips vs 4x6 print outs. She is amazing! The photobooth was the hit of our party. She even suggested that we use the brick background of the loft-space, which was absolutely gorgeous. She provided everyone with a print out, and also provided each picture individually online (facebook) and gives you the option of a jump drive vs CD. WOW! You seriously cannot ask for more. I definetly recommend to use her services, you will not be disappointed.

I had my wedding about 9 months ago. I was just looking through my photo album and thought I'd…read morefinally get around to writing a review here. I also bought a Groupon, and I feel that these girls weren't ready to do a Groupon. They seemed intent on charging for small things because they wouldn't actually make money from the Groupon. As another reviewer said, Groupons aren't for making money, they're for referrals. Given their service, I'm not sure how many referrals they're getting. If you can't afford to run a Groupon, don't. I too was charged a travel fee for less than 50 miles, which was not what the Groupon stated. I actually was charged $75, after being quoted $100 and asking for a lower price because that's ridiculous. My venue is less than 50 miles from Ferndale. I decided to buy the expensive scrapbook option, though I would have preferred to buy my own scrapbook to use, but was told that wasn't allowed (wait, I thought this was my wedding!). I would have liked something that matched my colors or theme or was more personalized. I wasn't told what the scrapbook would look like, and when I asked I was told it would be black. No options to choose from, and if I'm remembering right the scrapbook was about $100. There are gaudy plastic crystals on it, really just not my style for something that's supposed to be a memento. What really pissed me off, was that with the scrapbook there was only one set of pages, so they ran out of pages for people to sign. The entire point of paying extra for the book was to get people's messages and have it be like a guestbook that I could look back on. However, almost half of my guests who took pictures were not able to sign the book since they ran out of pages. Thinking back on this now, I should have asked for my money back because of this. They should bring extra pages, they could even have in their contract something saying if we need extra pages we'll bring them and charge you $X. Instead, they just came unprepared and told me "too bad, we ran out." Lastly, the actual printouts have their company name and email address on them. I feel like I'm paying for their marketing. Tacky. These aren't business cards. Other companies offered customizable photo strips, or have your names and date on them. They also posted our pictures on their Facebook page. I understand that everyone wants to see them, but one of my guests was mad that it was posted publicly. I guess I'd have liked more explicit asking of our permission before they were posted on their public page. It's a little creepy that total strangers who "like" their page can see our intimate wedding. All in all, my guests liked the booth and had fun with it, but they would have with a booth from any number of companies. These girls don't seem to have experience or a handle on good customer service, so I wouldn't recommend them.

While we got one through ShutterBooth that was somewhat nonexistent, our guests were able to think for themselves and enjoy the photobooth! Our booking was relatively simple. They had availability for our wedding day (the initial one and the our re-planned one), and the explanation of what we initially wanted was pretty easy to understand. The options didn't change, other than the destination of where they'd set up and on what day, but the uniqueness and customization was known within the final couple weeks. During the final couple weeks, we received a couple calls to confirm the itinerary, our booth look and feel, album, photo print layout, and other logistics of the day. All seemed very detailed and professional. Pros: The boot looked pretty typical but not flashy, hidden towards the side of our venue. We had the standard black drapes and items to put on or use in the photos. It was big enough for 5 people comfortably, but some photos we squeeze a few more people in as we all started drinking more. All of our photos came out great for our guests and for our album, where many chose to write messages to us in the photo album. We also received a digital copy of all of our stuff. Cons: Our "host" wasn't very interactive. Luckily our guests knew it was there and were pretty rowdy to be able to help themselves, or else nobody probably would have used it. I remember arriving to the photobooth with my wife to do a photo sessions and all of the props were still packed up in the box. We did end up with a lot of photos that people did, so clearly the "host" didn't deem whether the photobooth would be successful or not.

We were looking at photobooth vendors for our recent wedding and this one came to the top of the…read morelist. Affordable pricing, quick responses, and seemed to be a quality product. Our contacts pre-wedding were great and I think we ended up getting a number of great shots from the booth throughout our reception. The 4-star just has to come from the professional side of the booth set-up. The staff person on-site was remarked on by a few guests as a bit less than pleasant. Perhaps slightly annoyed at times for printing multiple copies of the picture strips. There was also zero orientation for guests to the booth itself, leading to a failure rate of ~20-25% of our photos. By this I mean, they never told guests that there were 4 photos per session or that they came every 3 seconds (very fast if costume-changing), leading to folks scrambling and missing at least one of the 4 photos in nearly every single set. Personally, I as the groom approached her at the end of the night (to her credit, 1 minute after closing) and asked for one last quick photo. She promptly denied, stated it was past closing, and proceeded to take down the background in front of me. It absolutely was past closing, but everyone around remarked on how rude the reply was - and how would any of the guests know when closing was for this vendor. Felt like the staff could have handled the event with more professionalism and it would have resulted in a better product overall. That said, we loved many of the photos and I know guests enjoyed the experience.
