The appointments had a arrival window of a hour early to a hour later for arrival from your appointment time. We had a few times where they even canceled due to emergencies and we didn't mind. I would definitely not recommend because that is very unprofessional.

I told her that I lived right down the street and was happy to run over when they were ready because my dog has never been in a crate in his life and just wouldn't handle it well. She was nice enough to try and help make some other suggestions but told me that her business wouldn't be a good fit for us. This is very sad for me because I like to do business as local as possible.

It ended up being almost $500 and I got the same treatment with the manager. I explained beforehand that they had several mats due to my Won dog being disabled, and it is extremely hard to move him around and he needs to rest a lot. My other Newfoundland again was groomed beautifully. She did not need as much attention, but I was charged the same amount 250 for each dog. Yeah, that's outrageous. Finally, they have so many dogs that they're grooming. It takes them longer because they do not have enough staff. I was disappointed with the outrageous charge of the cost.

We were worried she would pass too from sadness and loneliness and then we remembered THE LITTLE DOG LOUNGE down the road who takes TOTAL CARE of smaller dogs. We went there and introduced Izzy and held our breathe that they could love her because she is older than most and a wee bit ornery at home. She goes twice a week for half days and I truly believe the entire staff has fallen in love with her. She got a new name from Vicky IZZBUCKET to which she now answers. We can't thank you enough. You all stand behind rescues and their problems and for Izzy when we went away you HAND FED HER!!! and not to be crass but the cost there for the care you give is great. Thank You so much for making her happy again and the healthiest we've ever seen her. Love Donna and Mike

He is older with some lumps and bumps, and I am not a perfectectionist. This was completely uneven. One side of his face was significantly longer than the other. His paws, under arms, sides, and belly had random long pieces. It was evident he did not have a bath or his ears cleaned, which is listed as included under grooming description. I went back to get some of the money back for services not complete. She said nobody showed her a picture and she would fix it. I didn't realize we need to specify I wanted him to have an even haircut. She got snippy when I explained that he had dirt on his face and she stated well she doesn't know what to tell me, but he was definitely bathed. She didn't seem to care at all and I didn't feel comfortable leaving him with her in the back room after the hack job he had. Save yourself and find a more qualified groomer. Pictures don't even do justice.

I reported to the staff that the dog was seriously submissive and that I was concerned he might think he was being abandoned. I expressed trepidation about leaving having witnessed the dog shake violently with a simple hair brushing session in the first week. Heather and her staff spoke softly and took time to let my dog feel safe in the new setting. They asked lots of questions and planned for a slow and gentle two hour experience to allow my dog to take breaks. To my surprise he quickly became acclimated which I am convinced was due to the generous spirits of the staff. I was able to leave feeling confident that my dog was in compassionate and competent hands. 90 minutes later I got the call to return for my pooch. He was handsome and happy! The staff reported he had a positive experience which was very apparent in his demeanor. Thrilled! The price was on the high side but I don't care. The establishment is immaculate, the setting warm and the staff highly skilled. These folks love what they do and it's represented in a variety of ways from the moment you walk through the door. It's a bit of a trek to get to this business and it doesn't look like anything special from the outside and that's okay too. They treated both me and my dog with heart and skill. That means everything.

Well that did NOT work out as my Yorkie the second dog is feisty. She did groom her once, and I assumed she would do it again, so when I called to make an appointment. I didn't get a call back. So I called again and said I don't know if you are ill, or on vacation but would like to set up another appointment for Sophia & Stella as I will be moving and want to get one more groom in before I move. No response again. Now my groomer ALWAYS got back to me. So, I called again and said, I assume you do not want groom Stella the Yorkie, but will you do one last groom for Sophia and you always said she was such a good dog. Again, no response. My last call to Wiggle Butts was that I thought how she handled this situation was not right. She could have called me back and stated she is too feisty but she didn't. That is NOT how a business handled PROBLEMS. I was not mad at she always did good with Sophia. I paid her prices and tipped properly. So my advice if you have a dog that is not feisty this is a good place to go, but if you have one that is, ignore this business with the plague as they do not RESPOND to your calls.
