He took the cup and started putting the straw in his mouth. The lady who was working there immediately came up to me and said "You plan on buying that, right?" I just looked at her for a second because the tone and in which she said it was so rude. I then stated that yes, I was buying the cup. She then walked away. My mom then went to the check out to pay for my kid's cup and something she bought. I pushed my stroller towards the front of the store to get out of the way of some other shoppers. The women I encountered earlier came over to the cash register and asked the girl checking my mom out multiple times if I had paid for the cup. The girl at the register was trying to talk quietly because my mom was still finishing the transaction, but this lady kept asking her. I get it - my kid put the straw in his mouth and you wanted to make sUre we didn't just put it back. But there is a tactful and polite way to approach the situation.

Every week I followed up and was assured oh ya we got it I promise it will be there next week and every time nothing. I called and said I want to switch to 20% down because you took 100% and promised delivery within a couple weeks. They told me they don't do that so I said I would like to cancel which he started to do and said oh wait I guess I can do 20% down. I was fed up at this point so I said no lets just go ahead and cancel than all of the sudden my range magically appeared and said because it was now in stock I couldn't cancel! This place is like dealing with the sterotypical salesman that makes people terrified to buy big ticket items. Is honesty too much to ask out of a salesmen?

You get to name the toy, tell your group about it, draw it, and build it....but this year they the toys back... Their excuse; tariffs, no and you can buy a ticket that allows you to pay more to keep the toy. Last two years, the toy was part of the entire experience and the kids kept it. My child was so upset and wouldn't move to the next room bc he didn't understand why he had to forfeit his toy when previous years he kept it. How do you explain this to a 4yo?
