I paid $200 to repair a front tooth, yet I've been complaining that the dentist isn't treating my teeth properly. He's performed fillings, but I've ended up with more cavities, and my teeth have worsened. The receptionist refused to schedule an appointment for me, and her attitude was loud and unprofessional. Since my lawyer is involved, I will be picking up my records to send to them, so they can see how the treatment has negatively affected my teeth. I do not recommend. Robbery.

I have to say that Caroline Danish, of Danish & O'Laughlin, is by far the best dentist I've ever had the pleasure of being treated by. Sounds strange to use the terms "dentist" and "pleasure" in the same sentence, but Caroline's skill, professionalism and chair-side manner are second to none. The big difference between her and other dentists is that she treats you like a person, not just an appointment. She cares about her patients. She'll take time to fully explain your treatment options and will do everything possible to preserve the teeth you have. I actually look forward to my trips to the dentist now.

I received a phone call on Monday to make an appointment, that appointment was today. When I was called into the back I was not met with even a hello rather pointed to a chair and asked "what are you here for". I explained that I was here from the Providence VA and met with an "oh", the dental tech then left the room, every staff member that walked by the room look in it with a dirty look. When I explained to the dental tech that I had just had a tooth pulled the day before and asked to be gentle with the xray film I was told that the xrays "needed to be done". I have very bad TMJ and jaw shifting but wasn't able to explain that to her before the film was where my tooth was extracted, making me gag. I then asked for a pano so they could get the needed pictures and that was even an issue. I am 5'11 and 250 lbs and have had many panos done so I know that 1. the machine is adjustable and 2. i fit. without adjusting the machine from its low position I tried to bite the bite stick but again very bad jaw shifting due to TMJ while crouching and trying to bite the stick I could not move my head against the machine and into the correct position without losing the bite stick. The pano never happened and I could not leave fast enough and didnt even see the doctor. The staff is completely unprofessional and made me feel like I was wasting their time! I will never go back to them again and we be telling the VA about how incredibly rude they are as to not have another veteran treated this way.

I worked with someone who works for another dentist who advised me to go in after a tooth broke and I couldn't be happier. He not only told me that small chip was fixable. But that he could also do better bridgework than what was currently on my teeth. Another reason for 1 star rating. They told my parents (who were customers for over 30 years) they would no longer perform any dental work unless everything was paid in full upfront. After telling my mom she needed over $2000, of root canals that she could not afford he down played the problems in her mouth. "Oh don't worry, that is flat, it'll hold up for quite some time" after she was in pain for a week she called my new dentist who offered to see her on a holiday weekend! And he did the root canals she needed and is allowing her to make payments. When you're in your mid 60's it's very important you get the dental attention you need to support your health. After having another dentist tell me they could do better work (and have done better work) I don't see why anyone would go here.

Their hygenists are all very nice and very good but I prefer Sue. She is wonderful and for several years now I will only go to see her. She has a nice way about her and does not dive into your mouth hacking and slashing. Nope. Hers is a kindler, gentler cleaning method that I approve of. Sure, she gets it doen and done well. Just without the pain and bleeding that I have gotten as an extra for no charge from other hygenists. Dr. Coletti is a very nice man. Profesional. Competent. An excellent dentist. Now I have never had a cavity or had any dental work other than wisdom teeth and cleanings so this review is strictly from my experiences.
