Unfortunately, when the engineer arrived he concluded that the walls needed to be opened up completely for him to provide the assessment and that I should call them to come back again once I opened up all the walls. So I have basically paid hundreds of dollars for 20 minutes of their time and them to say "We don't know." It would have been nice to have known that completely open walls were necessary to do the eval. The only other feedback is that the engineer was polite, professional, and on time. My two stars are for the waste of time and money which i don't have a lot of. I have since worked with a couple other companies that were much better with communications and gave me great evaluations.
