Be called did not give me an appology after words on both sides he threatened to have the bike towed if i did not pick it up immedately. Very poor bussiness ethics.

Recently, stopped into Moonlight and spoke to the owner, Lennie, about a noise in the front end of my car. He had his mechanic look over my car, when one of his mechanics noticed my right wheel was red hot to the touch. Upon further inspection , they found out that my front axle was broken and needed replacing immediately. They had to order the part, but had my car fixed in less that two hours and the cost was considerably lower than I had taken my car to a dealership. Our appointment was for 1pm and our van went in about 10 mins later. He had told me, when I made the appointment, exactly what each service would cost me. I brought my own tires and he put them on and balanced for way cheaper than all the other local shops. He inspected my van for less than the average price too. He showed me where I would need to have my tie rods replaced and suggested a trusted repair shop up the street as he was not equipped to do the alignment after the repair. At no time did I feel he was pushing add ons or unnecessary additional services. I would highly recommend going to Kingsley's Automotive for your vehicle repairs. Be advised that the shop looks like a one man show so wait times can vary but he comes out to let you know if anything is going to take longer. Thank you Ed for doing a great job! I never write reviews, but this experience was bad enough that I feel obligated to warn others…read more I brought my 2025 Chevy Silverado in after the passenger side was hit and needed significant repair, including body work, a side mirror replacement, and a rear tail light. I understood this would take some time. What I did not expect was a completely unacceptable level of delay, poor communication, and unfinished work. They had my truck for two months. During that time, I repeatedly called for updates and was consistently told "a few more days" or "it'll be done next week." This went on for weeks with no follow-through. I essentially had to chase them down just to get any information. After enough complaints, I was given a loaner vehicle, which only made things worse. The front bumper was hanging off, the tires were bald, and there were inappropriate items left in the glove compartment. It was unsafe, unprofessional, and frankly embarrassing. I could not use it for work or even feel comfortable driving it. When I finally got my truck back, I was told the mirror had been ordered but was the wrong part and had to be sent back. I was assured I'd receive a call when the correct one came in so it could be quickly installed. That call never came. It has now been another two months, and despite multiple attempts to reach them, my calls go unanswered and the issue remains unresolved. To make matters worse, I recently discovered the rear tail light was never actually repaired. It is still cracked, with red tape placed over it instead of being properly replaced. After two months in their shop, this is the level of work that was done. At this point, this goes beyond poor service. It reflects a complete lack of professionalism, accountability, and basic respect for a customer's time and safety. I gave them every opportunity to make this right and showed far more patience than most people would. I strongly recommend taking your vehicle elsewhere.
