The flavours are spot on, proper depth and balance rather than just heat, and you can tell the food is cooked fresh and with care. Service was smooth and easy, no issues at all, and everything arrived hot and well put together. It doesn't feel rushed but the dishes are carefully balanced to maximise flavour. There's a level of quality to the food that stands out straight away. What I liked as well is they've clearly tried a few interesting twists on some dishes, and it actually works. Nothing feels gimmicky, just well thought through and executed properly. If you're after authentic Indian food with real flavour, this is easily one of the better spots around. I'll definitely be ordering again.

So I went and check it out. Well, without doubt, it is. What georgeous fresh food. And the papadams come with an additional sauce I never saw somewhere else that the waiter said was a house specialty (based on coconut). The friendlyness and profesionalism of the waiter were great. This is simply an excellent place. Oh, and the prices were the best I've seen in Luton. Two downsides that don't mean it is 5 stars though: The place is small. About 7 tables.
