It was the most seamless and stress-free car buying experience I have ever had! From the no-haggle price of my CPO Mustang, which was below KBB value and was completely fair, to my salesman David driving the car down to Portsmouth Ford for me to take a test drive (since I live in Massachusetts). They also drove the car from Maine to the North Shore of Massachusetts to deliver the car. This is my third Mustang, and I feel that my happiness and low stress was in large part due to Wiscasset Ford. Right car, right price, right dealership, satisfied Ford owner! I never feel confident that I am getting the best deal or making a good decision. For better or worse, WF has their best price listed on the window sticker and there is no negotiation. I definitely recommend this dealership.

What a rip off. Do NOT go here. Way too much money and they are charging more for their services…read morethan an actual Mercedes Benz dealer. Guy named Bruce who has a walking machine set up in his office, acts full of himself and frankly just odd, tries to upsell me on a number of services for my car that my car doesn't need, while he's perched behind his computer. Car is a Mercedes, I own several and I know what the costs are for services. He sends me a beefed up bogus estimate for a transmission service, saying the car needs new spark plugs, must be in the shop several days, although the guy NEVER even looked at my car. When I tell him that I don't want this or that based on the stupid high costs he quoted me, he becomes indignant and tells me he won't do anything with the car. Guy is an oddball, don't know if he is one of the owners or what he is, but if you have a nice well maintained European car, you don't want to go to this oddball place.

It was time for our 60,000 mile service. We would typically go to Evergreen Subaru, which tends to…read morebe convenient. However, a co-worker suggested I try a more rural location to save some money. The Evergreen price was a very large number (not outrageous in comparison, but a scary-high number either way.) I called Bath Subaru and was told that it was about $170 cheaper. I was surprised, but confirmed the miles, synthetic oil, and included spark plugs. I then waited for a good time to schedule. When that time came (about 2 weeks later), I scheduled our appointment. I again confirmed the mileage service (level 5), the oil, and sparkplugs, and was again given the same price, about $170 cheaper. Going to Bath involved an extra 1.5 hours of driving and my wife sitting in a waiting room for 3 hours, but we thought the savings was worth it. When my wife paid the bill, it was $117 higher than I was quoted. I called and spoke with service. The woman I worked with was reasonable, but couldn't vouch for incorrect information that I was given, as well as the service being completed and paid. I was upset by the difference in price, as the time and gas money wasn't worth the savings that I received. When I asked if anything could be done in the name of customer service, I was told that she would have to check with the owners. I later called back to apologize if I was worked up at the first call. She said she appreciated it, but there was no need. I would receive a call back when she had news. She called back and offered us a free service at our next mileage point. They would like to keep us as a customer, which I appreciated. While the experience didn't go exactly as planned, the vehicle does run well and I am pleased that they cared enough about me as a customer to try making things right. In other news, I'm told there is Wi-Fi in the waiting room and they keep pretty busy.
