The crowns broke within weeks and needed to be replaced by another dentist. Dr Kim and Myra Dumancas-Kaya, their Kapolei office manager agreed to reimburse me $6,454.48 for the failed work. They have not sent me the promised check and have been ignoring my follow up emails

She is never nice, not even when booking an appt. She talks over you and rushes you. She will even hang up on you. The other front desk girls are new and very pleasant but they really don't know what they doing. Dr. Ing would give me an estimate and these girls would try to run a way more expensive bill claiming this and that needs to be done which wasn't required by my Dr. It makes me so nervous every time I have a procedure done because I am charged so many different amounts varying from one associate to the next. My family has been going there for many years, but we will follow Dr. Ing to his new location! He is the best!

Now I have United Concordia again and I haven't been to the dentist in over 20 years. It was time I had my teeth cleaned and xrayed. Once again it was so easy to make an appointment. My hygienist was so fun! She made my appointment so comfortable. Also, despite not going to the dentist for so long, I only have two cavities! I was told that I had great genetics and my self care helped as well :)! I went back a few days later for the fillings and Dr. Brittany and her assistant were awesome! I will preface that I retired from the medical community after 20 years of service. I'm disappointed to see that patient care and customer service are not a priority in this office. I scheduled an appointment two weeks ago. I had to take 4 hours off to come to my dental appointment and to put it in perspective my wage for 4 hours is $160. First off, I did not receive an appointment reminder. I looked on the website an hour and a half before my appointment time to confirm my own appointment because the website lists they are closed on Friday's. Receptionist states they were open and I let her know that the website says differently. Secondly, I arrive at the dentist office "on time." Finally, Surprise. Surprise. Door locked. I called the office --once again -- because I did not realize there are two locations in Waipahu. It would be nice if there was a note on the door or the appointment clerk directed new patients to the correct office in advance. I will not be using this office for my families dental care needs.

Yilaidis Villalobo, DDS and Mario Garcia Careers. I walked in their office due to an emergency, for the first time and They welcomed me without any hesitation! DDr. Villalobo did a fantastic job today on pulling my teeth and especially with injecting the area with local anesthetic,(which is my most fear) but I can hardly feel it! As a Professional Nurse for 30 years and a public speaker, a nice smile can make a difference for my patients and clients.
