Tomomi S, was our super tour guide and definitely made the tour enjoyable and entertaining. She skillfully shepherded us tourist sheep through our destinations on Okinawa island and it's neighboring islands. Tour participants vary, but our particular group was great. Everyone was sociable, courteous, followed instructions and showed up at designated meeting points on time - a fun group. We will definitely consider N & K Travel for a future tour.

The ladies were about to close but allowed me to go in the last few minutes. We ended up not purchasing the rail tickets based on their recommendation with the timelines and where we were going. Loved their honesty and advise and appreciate it very much.

From my first phone call to gather information, Sharon was extremely helpful. She told me exactly what we would need, the approximate timeframe, cost, location of her office, and hours. She even told me that she would be able to provide the 2x2 photos required with the application, free of charge, which we could take right at her office (saving us a separate trip to get those done elsewhere). Once we arrived at her office, she helped us fill out the paperwork quickly, and we were all done. We paid her (a very fair price, which included the cost of the VISA itself, shipping, etc), and her price was better than other companies I had inquired with for quotes. She sent our packets out immediately, and within three weeks we had our passports back in our hands, with our 10 year VISAs for China! We were expecting it to take 6-8 weeks, as that was what we had been quoted by other places, but this was incredibly fast! Sharon was incredibly efficient, kind, and professional, and I am so glad we chose to go through Queen's Travel. Highly recommend!!!

I was not looking for a pre set tour with people I was stuck with for the whole trip, Getting discouraged, My husband suggested I use someone local. And thanks again to Yelp, I found Stephanie. She listen to everything that I wanted to do. I wanted to do a few tours, but I didn't want to feel like cattle. I didn't want to be stuck with a whole bunch of people. And I wanted some relaxed days and some days to ourselves to explore on our own . She came back with a whole plan. She said at two options and said I can mention match an ad on. I sent her videos of things that I wanted to do . she was very flexible and the research and added those things to my She booked my flights, she scheduled cars for all our pick ups and drop offs, from hotels, to train stations and airports. Everything was just a email or a app away and every thing was printable and arranged per day. I might've had to call her once or twice, to fix or change something, but other than that, everything ran smoothly. I thoroughly enjoyed my trip, and I definitely will be asking her to plan my next one.... We went to a Barcelona, which I'm totally in love with. Time and time again they exceeded my expectations. Seawind is not only professional and extremely mindful of details, they are experts at what they do and have connections and experience that contribute to mind-blowing trips. I not only experienced this but I hear it from all the people that go on Seawind trips. Because of my travels with Seawind I worked a lot with the staff and they have been nothing but gracious and efficient in every encounter. I've also gotten to know the owner Randy King over the years on our trips and have not only experienced, but have witnessed him go above and beyond the call of duty in countless incidences. His resourcefulness and commitment to the guest experience is unprecedented. As a person he is honest, kind, and efficient, and his integrity and honesty as a human being is evident in every encounter I've ever had or seen. I'm grateful to have been introduced to this company and whole-heartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a wonderful travel company that can be trusted.

The only reason I did not give them 5 stars was because they did not let us known in advance there there was almost little to no water in the falls, just a trickle. We were all told this after we paid and were on the bus to the falls. If the scenery had not made up for the lack of water , I would have been mad!!! Talked to others and this was the case for all other tour companies also, not just this one. Otherwise these guys are great for tours.

Aloha, A-Team!…read more Driver sent out a group text the night before the tour of all hotel pick-up locations and times, tight schedule for pickups to ensure we were ahead of the crowds. This meant better picture-taking at sights. I appreciated not being stuck with all the other tours (larger buses). It was a van and our group was 8 people total. We were visiting from California, but we had others from New York, Canada, and Australia! The air-conditioning was struggling a tiny bit but still tolerable and much better than the humidity outside. We were supposed to have Captain Justin, but he was sick and we actually got the owner himself, Captain "Vincenzo" Vince! It's an all-day excursion. Included was pickup/dropoff from Waikiki, entrance to the Byodo-In Temple, but not the Botanical Garden/Waimea Waterfall , and lunch, other local treats along the way at your own expense. A great way to see many Oahu attractions in a single day, including North Shore. My favorite parts were the Leonard's Malasada, Byodo-In Temple, Waimea Garden/Falls, Dole Plantation, Mac Farm. So much history, and flora/fauna and food ops! Captain Vince was a fun character! He was enthusiastic every moment of the drive, even taking photos of pairs/whole group. So many facts and even personal stories, I learned a lot! When you're going to spend an entire day with a group, it helps that the drive is lively. Mahalo nui loa! Salamat po!

I knew this because when we came back from our Norwegian cruise...some friends took us on the same route and I was actually letting them know about certain spots Justin spoke about! We had a schedule to stick to and he did a great job sticking to it and not getting all hurried or bothered if people were running behind a bit. I like how they used the smaller vans instead of tour busses. It makes for easier maneuvering and more personal for his bit.

My mom found them through the chinese newspaper advertising their Hawaiian tour packages. The…read morewebsite gives a good general overview of what they have to offer. With other companies, we wouldn't have been able to visit 3 islands within a week--this one did. I called them the beginning of November to ask them about the availability and such. The nice lady who picked up was really patient answering my billion questions. The 6 day 5 night 3 island package activities is the same as the 7 day. They also have other activities you can tack on for extra. Meals not included. I asked if they could arrange for a free day to roam as we please and she said we can pay for the 7 day while doing the 6 day package with the last day to embrace our last day of heaven. Their package doesn't include flights, and just to save me the hassle of finding good deals I bought the tickets through them. The week before christmas rolls around and off to the sj airport. The e-tickets were legitimate(I'm always skeptical of any arrangements done through phone/online due to scams). Tour guides/drivers Ken and Peter were prompt and nice throughout the week, gave good descriptions and good insight to the local Hawaiian lifestyle. Their english was broken, but enough that non chinese tourists could grasp what they were saying. The Maui tour guide, Raymond, had many interesting stories to tell. A lot of his descriptions were very visual. Every time I look at the Maui island on a map, I will always see a woman now. The big island tour guide, Angela, was friendly and informative of the area. Her own backyard grows lychee and papaya. :o) Overall, a fabulous whirlwind glimpse of Hawaii. We definitely enjoyed the tour and accomodations. If you do want to change your itinerary, they will adjust it to your liking as they have on going tours every day. Itinerary was given to us when we were shuttled to our hotel. We had a week and their packages allowed us to cover three islands. Not bad for the price we paid. We did not receive the detailed daily tour itinerary until we arrived at our hotel in Hawaii. Dependent on the tour, we had to wake up pretty damn early...pretty much 80% of the time we had to meet at the lobby at 6am. Generally the tour guides were very nice and though they speak broken English, it's suffices the experience. They tend to share the same jokes though and you'll notice it after the 2nd tour. Quick tip: In terms of asking guides for recommendations on things to do or eat, I highly suggest researching that on your own and in advance with YELP. Plus, you can actually ask your tour guide to drop you off at certain place after your tour which saves you the time and tax fare to the restaurant. Just make sure you have the address handy.
