I always communicated with Elisa nonetheless, which she seemed good about. I noticed in the last couple of months her communication was declining. I'd ask for a date; she'd respond to me a few days later, then a couple of weeks later, and fill me in when she had cancellations last minute. Last month she stopped responding to me altogether and left me hanging which was unlike her. I had a gathering the following day which my house unfortunately wasn't completely clean as I hoped, since her staff NO SHOWED on me. Tried calling her, and she just never responded. Such a disappointment. Unprofessional and shady on her part. It's a real shame we can't rely on them anymore.

I met Calvin, and he was friendly, respectful, and understood what help with cleaning salons were needed. He gave us a reasonable quote, and we scheduled the start of our services right away. They knew timing of an empty salon was going to be a challenge, and they made it work. At first we scheduled every other week, but we noticed how helpful it was to have them during that time that we bumped it up to weekly service. The salons are cleaner, and they move chairs and mats to get all the bits of hair that you can imagine getting in to everything. They mop, dust, vacuum, and clean our bathrooms. Calvin is the owner. If there are any concerns or issues he would want to know right away, and will make sure the crew is aware. We have asked to make special adjustments in cleaning, and in their schedule, and he is very responsive. He's been a joy to work with. The Elite crew have taken a huge task off our to-do list. That was our fault. My wife posted a review, and all Margarita could do was to suggest that when it came time to pay, we complained. Not true. We paid the bill, and would have paid twice the price if it was cleaned as requested. My complaints to you were before having seen your invoice. You're cleaning crew did not accomplish that task they were hired to do. Must I restate that the base boards were not touched, nor was the downstairs shower. The switch plates not cleaned. And the toilets not cleaned either. And let's not again discuss the method your cleaning crew used to clean my floors. It is never okay to mop a floor without first sweeping or vacuuming it. Pushing mud over a hard surface is now way to clean the floors. Based on many of the reviews you have, this is not an uncommon practice. And based on my experience with you when we spoke on the phone and your ill attempt at diverting the issues tells me you are not in touch with your customers. I wonder if you felt there was no loss of repeat business since this was a move out clean. People out there looking for a good house cleaner....keep looking. This is NOT the place to call.
