I talked to Brenda who took my name and number and address and said she would get right back to me. 10 minutes later, she returned my call and set up an appointment for the next morning. I had to change the appointment at the last minute and I called more times than I needed to, just trying to verify if I would be home or not when the service man came. Brenda was patient and kind and never made me feel like she was bothered by my calls. Jesus came out and looked at my unit and explained to me what was happening the whole time. He was professional and friendly and got my unit working again in just a few minutes. I was skeptical because there were no previous reviews on this company but they were easy to work with and I was glad I chose them. The costs were reasonable and even a little cheaper than some of the bigger, more popular heating and air companies. I will be using them to service my heater and air conditioning in the future.
