It's a shame as that type of clothing is my go to and Bainbridge Island is my new home as of late last year.

Walking into this location, the young man could barely get off his phone to greet me. Was completely disinterested and created an energy that I assessed would not be an enjoyable learning experience. I would use GOLFTEC for additional lessons, but really screen who they were from. I walked out thinking I will be trying other possibilities for my next sets of instruction. Professionalism, passion and interest in wanting to have a conversation with a potential client walking in the door matter.

(I don't believe gift cards should expire, but you may have a different opinion) At first, they didn't want to honor the gift card at all. But they eventually allowed me to have 5 sessions. During the first session they tried to upsell me on a $2500 package. After I rejected that, they treated me like a second class citizen from there on out. I was even planning on getting fitted clubs once my five sessions were finished, but because they treated me like trash, I decided not to. Basically, here's the one thing that that stands concerning such poor customer service. I tried to reschedule my second from last appointment and they wouldn't let me do it, and they forced me to do a double session on the following Tuesday or forfeit my remaining classes. They said there was no other option to reschedule my class. The classes themselves were fine , although the instructor lacked enthusiasm. He would even yawn several times throughout the lesson. 2 stars

It's worth a visit just to see the vintage road bikes that they have displayed on their walls. Only several from their collection are displayed on their walls at any given time, but you can see pictures and descriptions of their entire vintage bike collection on their Web site. Free warm up buckets before the pro arrived, extra balls after she finished, track man set up for right AND left hand golfers, friendly knowledgable staff. I needed a couple of grips put on and it usally is a wait ... maybe a day or so, but becuse my GF was taking lessons, they got them done for me, so they would be ready when her lesson was done. NOT unusual service for this store. Highly recommended!

I called and spoke with a friendly representative named Ryan, who kindly put one on hold for me for 48 hours. I went into the store on a Saturday and was immediately greeted and offered assistance. When I checked out, the young man at the register was fast and friendly, while a very helpful man (in zebra pants) unboxed and prepared my new clubs for me. The store was very clean and organized and had my kind of music playing. :) The customer service we received from everyone was wonderful and much appreciated! I'll definitely be back.

I visited this location recently to have some golf clubs re-gripped. I looked them up online first…read moreand saw they had the grips I was looking for, at a reasonable price, and offered free installation with the purchase. I wanted to check other competitors on my way so I stopped at another nearby golf store which had a slightly higher price and zero customer service. I was delighted when I entered Puetz that the store manager asked me right away what I was looking for and then proceeded to help me determine what size I needed. After I made the decision to purchase the grips and get them installed, the next day I got a call from the repair technician. He informed me my extensions in my shafts were just spinning around in there and I needed them re-epoxied. He offered to do this service for a dollar more per club! In the end, I was blown away by the customer service at Puetz and the results of working with them. I highly recommend any golfing needs for you to visit a Puetz location!
