Steve J. asked my price range and what I wanted to accomplish with my clubs upfront, and we quickly had a few initial testers based on that. I hit a 10 shot group with my current gamers and compared from there. It pays to have your swing figured out before coming in to get fitted-- the club is only as consistent as you are. Steve was upfront about his preference for Wilson but gave me a solid selection of clubs outside of theirs, and was not pushy at any point in the process. Was helpful and suggested several things I should consider in regard to lie angle, shaft, ect without trying to upsell. I felt comfortable throughout the entire process, got a fair price for my old clubs given their age, and left very happy with everything. There may be more "premium" vendors in the area, but I will 100% be using these guys for anything golf related in the future.

Professionalism, passion and interest in wanting to have a conversation with a potential client walking in the door matter.

During the first session they tried to upsell me on a $2500 package. After I rejected that, they treated me like a second class citizen from there on out. I was even planning on getting fitted clubs once my five sessions were finished, but because they treated me like trash, I decided not to. Basically, here's the one thing that that stands concerning such poor customer service. I tried to reschedule my second from last appointment and they wouldn't let me do it, and they forced me to do a double session on the following Tuesday or forfeit my remaining classes. They said there was no other option to reschedule my class. The classes themselves were fine , although the instructor lacked enthusiasm. He would even yawn several times throughout the lesson. 2 stars

Free warm up buckets before the pro arrived, extra balls after she finished, track man set up for right AND left hand golfers, friendly knowledgable staff. I needed a couple of grips put on and it usally is a wait ... maybe a day or so, but becuse my GF was taking lessons, they got them done for me, so they would be ready when her lesson was done. I called and spoke with a friendly representative named Ryan, who kindly put one on hold for me for 48 hours. I went into the store on a Saturday and was immediately greeted and offered assistance. When I checked out, the young man at the register was fast and friendly, while a very helpful man (in zebra pants) unboxed and prepared my new clubs for me. The store was very clean and organized and had my kind of music playing. :) The customer service we received from everyone was wonderful and much appreciated! I'll definitely be back.

I visited this location recently to have some golf clubs re-gripped. I looked them up online first…read moreand saw they had the grips I was looking for, at a reasonable price, and offered free installation with the purchase. I wanted to check other competitors on my way so I stopped at another nearby golf store which had a slightly higher price and zero customer service. I was delighted when I entered Puetz that the store manager asked me right away what I was looking for and then proceeded to help me determine what size I needed. After I made the decision to purchase the grips and get them installed, the next day I got a call from the repair technician. He informed me my extensions in my shafts were just spinning around in there and I needed them re-epoxied. He offered to do this service for a dollar more per club! In the end, I was blown away by the customer service at Puetz and the results of working with them. I highly recommend any golfing needs for you to visit a Puetz location!
