The first time, Scott found several critical issues that saved us thousands and helped us make an informed decision. That level of thoroughness and honesty really stuck with us. So when it came time to sell, we called him again to inspect our home ahead of listing. He did a fantastic job identifying anything that might come up for buyers, which gave us peace of mind and allowed us to be transparent in our disclosures. It was a huge relief knowing we were going into the process with nothing to hide. Professional, detail-oriented, prompt, and communicative--exactly what you want in a home inspector. We wouldn't trust anyone else!
