He said "I'll send someone tomorrow in the morning" and on the phone he said, "Don't worry, I'm not going to scam you". He never sent anymore and made an excuse to why no one showed up. He has been dodging my calls and texts ever since I asked for my money back due to not completing the service. Also, clearly an addict from his behavior in person when he was mowing my neighbors lawn which is how I even got his contact in the first place lmao

To have a conversation a stamped concrete patio. Installed. First of all, the job was very poorly done, The owner of the business and his workers left a real mess, forcing us to spend hours cleaning up. His workmanship was far from being considered even average. Within weeks, crack's started appearing, water was ponding on the concrete because they didn't slope the concrete for water to run off. We were awarded $5,000 in Small Claims court but Juston refused to pay us that amther or not that amount which was significantly less than what we paid him. Subpoenas we're sent to him via registered mail but he refused to sing them. We have hired the Livingston County Sheriffs Office to deliver the subpoenas to him so he h

I contacted John Geer, owner of Top to Bottom due to extensive damages completed by another…read moreconstruction company. Would give this company 10 stars, if possible, for the following reasons: Mr. Geer, owner and sale contact was extremely pleasant to deal with. No nonsense, job assessed, contract clear, on time, closely supervised and worked along with crew, knowledgeable of requirements, codes, and specific areas of construction, treated crew well and created an extremely positive experience during the chaos of home repair. This company is family operated and consists of skilled workers, some family members, who have been working together for decades. The entire team works well together and greets you each morning. Job is completed carefully down to the smallest of details. Each crew member takes pride in their work and has high standards towards repairing your home. Extra care was taken towards my home and property. Crew often arrived at 7:30 am and worked on several occasions till 7:00 pm. I was informed of each step needed at the start and end of day. I was provided with photos and descriptions of each transaction regarding the major construction to my home. Communication exceeded my expectations as well as the outcome of the job. Highly recommend this company. You will not be disappointed.

I cannot recommend this company based on my experience…read more Communication was extremely poor from the very beginning. Phone calls went unanswered, text messages were ignored, and instead of scheduling an appointment, he showed up unannounced at 10:15 a.m., waking me up by climbing onto my roof without any prior notice. It's now been over a week, and I still have not received an estimate. At no point did he discuss the scope of the work, explain what repairs were needed, or provide any pricing. What was most frustrating is that he never even inspected the two areas we specifically called about. Those were the main problem areas, yet there was no investigation whatsoever. Instead, he simply took a few photos while standing on the roof and left. I was left with pictures but no answers, no diagnosis, and no estimate. I was also surprised to learn that the company does not offer any workmanship warranties. While that may be their business policy, it did not give me confidence. When you're trusting someone with one of the most important parts of your home, standing behind the quality of your work matters. Overall, the lack of communication, the unannounced visit, the failure to inspect the areas we were actually concerned about, the absence of an estimate even after more than a week, and the lack of any workmanship warranty left me with a very poor impression. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

They quoted me $9,500 for removing and replacing the broken tiles. Two of them worked for less than 6 hours, used a single roll of the cheapest peel and stick roofing material you can buy (supposedly put over a "snow shield" which is just a thin sheet of metal from what I can tell). When I asked for an itemized list of labor and materials they told me that they have to pay $77K a year for a special license to work on asbestos tiles and that they really needed the check ASAP for payroll. I looked it up after the fact and there is no license that cost that much! I deeply regret paying them.

The original construction of this house was not up to the current acceptable standards , and therefore would not be up to code. Dale took photos, and did a live video walkthrough of the attic area so my husband and I could see the problems , and what was needed to repair this structure. My husband is a licensed general contractor. This job which was a large construction project was done professionally, and in a timely manner, as we were needing this completed before the northeast weather. Yes, we would recommend Dale and his crew to anyone. Kenneth , Dawn Lebbon
