Some of the makeup is really well done and the ideas and sets were really good. The hayride attractions were very well done. I really liked the clown house. There's an actor that will walk up to the hayride and peel, his face off which was very cool but funny. I yelled take it off, take it all off. He wasn't amused. The walk through portions had lots of jump scares (scared the shit out of my son's girlfriend). At the end of the second part you walk through this inflatable type wall/tunnel thing that feels like you're being birthed. Very weird. If you wear glasses, hold on to them as you might lose them in the big dark, pseudo birth canal. If you go early expect to wait awhile. I suggest going before close as there were no lines as we were leaving around 9:10. Plan to be there for a few hours. We waited in line for about 30 minutes and it took about 1.5 hours to get through all of the attractions. It's normally $35 a ticket but I got an online deal for 2 for 1 price. For a family of 4 it would be about $140 which imo is a little pricey. We go to a similar experience in CT and it's $10. When you exit you come out to an area that has snacks, drinks, and food options. My son has food, allergies, and we had already eaten so we didn't stop so I can't say if it's any good. Also, eff that parking....When I came back to my car, there was another line of cars to the rear of my car that were parked so close that I had a bitch of a time getting out of my space without hitting anyone. I'm certain people came out to dings on their car. It was actually so frustrating. I've been here other times and have never experienced this so I don't know who's in charge of the parking but do better.

The deliberate inclusion of unexpected dead ends and unclear navigation only added to the experience. Some sets were well put together and some were a little cliche. BUT I really did enjoy the scenes they did have , you got lots of time with nothing ( anticipation is great but I also don't want time to drag). I just think this place needs more scenery , or a few actors just randomly sitting on the trailer or randomly popping out even for a second. My other idea is to make sure in the beginning to tell children to stay seated , I saw plenty of children running around while we were moving such a safety hazard. ( parents should know this ). I'm trying not to say much so I don't spoil anything , the concession stand stuff is super pricey , but I mean hey you need candy right ? I liked this place very much though. I love that on show night, they have a variety of snacks and drink options, even some alcohol choices. I was surprised to learn that they had a local IPA, which was awesome! Parking can be a pain with where it is located. We parked in the library, so it was a bit of a walk, but luckily it was a nice day so it wasn't a problem. I'm taking one star away because of the cost. They charge a service fee per ticket, so after all is said and done, I paid $40 for two tickets to see a middle school musical, just more expensive than I feel something like that should cost. It's not like the performers get paid. Overall it was a great show!

I went to a comedy show there. It was my first time in the theater. It is run by Bay Colony Productions which hosts productions such as Nunsense, The Producers and a Three Stooges Film Festival. They also sponsor children's shows along with voice and piano lessons. The don't really advertise upcoming shows very well. You have to look at the marquee as you drive by on Route 140 to see what is coming up. It is a nice theater, and I hope to attend more comedy shows if they have them.
